Ha! I left the fringe grips on one of my bought used bikes just for the hell of it & was going to take them off at some point. Then I discovered that with the throttle lock on I could sit on the extra cushy back part of the seat, lean back against the padded sissy bar, stretch my legs waay out, grab those tassels & steer with my hands resting on my thighs for however long I feel like it at 80 mph or whatever. Those things come in real handy on long trips
Times that 83 of mine I could kick that bitch till i was ready to pass fkin out a couple times I almost did .and go back 10 minuntes later and bang first kick. After a 1000 kicks 10 minintes B4 .. morris Joe Hunt worth every penny .. Im such a cheap bastard I still aint got one ..
Evo doesnt cut it...Not old school its updated more modern looking and doesnt have the old school top end... Doesnt even sound as good as a Shovel or Pan...

Other than that she only Leaks from the vent tube aimed at my chain. I can live with that. I don't like how the Evo looks with it's newer designed heads it looks too modern for me but everyone has their own preference in their machine...

Sharp bike. A well maintained shovelhead can outlast any motor out there. It was designed to be infinitely rebuildable. Ive had a panhead, shovelhead, and evo. Only one out of 3 i kept was my shovelhead. My only complaint is mine is a 4spd. But that will change shortly

Ape hangers are like a beautiful machine that’s so low to the ground, all you hear is the under carriage being scrapped, dinged, or ripped from the car. Stupid is what stupid dose. That’s just stupid. Try it on a 400 mile cruise.
