As a chef, i would highly recommend this watch in a professional kitchen environment. Its thin, light, legible and functional, not to mention tough. Love my Casio F91W.
I'm 33 years old, 18 years ago I bought a F91 with my first salary. Today i'm still using it, just one change of the wristband, 2 battery changes and good to go!
"If you can't even control your own time, why you spend so much money on a watch?" f91w is really good for people to focus on time and daily things to do instead of "face", it's so cheap and reliable that the owner don't have to worry about it
Can't believe people are still recommending this watch, it's is no longer an inexpensive watch at $20.00+ when there are tons of options that do more and costs less !
@@BigUncleM The Casio F-91W is known as the terrorist watch. The Skmei 1412 is a homage to the F-91W, but with a much brighter and better backlight at a quarter of the price of the F-91W !
Yes, the F-91 was great watch when the price was $10. Now you can have much better watches for the same price. I can name a few only in the Casio brand: W59, A158, AE1200, AE1300, W212, DW 291, F201.And so on...
FACE CORNERS BREAK. In the corners of the face where the band is attached, just above where the screws go in, the resin case is thin and not durable. After 8 months, a piece broke off from one corner. I taped it together. I couldn't glue it back on because the piece was lost. After 1 year 4 mths. (battery still working), a 2nd corner broke and I was unable to wear the watch. This also happened with my resin case Casio 3284 LA 20WH. A corner broke off, which I glued back on. I changed the battery once many months later and it was still ok. Recently I removed the screws to change the battery again, and another corner broke off a few days later. I will only buy metal case watches, with back screws to change the battery, from now on.
I have a fake one. I got it on a black friday sale for $1.29 I like it even though it's a fake ratchet pos that's as worthless as 10 year old piece of already chewed gum stuck to the bottom of an old picnic table at the town park. The real ones are excellent. Mine is ok.

It's definitely one of the watches that was ever made.

The fact that the watch can survive such a long time is amazing. You've definitely inspired me to keep using mine as long as possible!
Nice. I have the F91-W and also just bought the GW-M5610U-1ER which I absolutely love.

I bought it. Returned it. Bought a Sushi meal instead. FAR MORE HAPPY.
well in my country replacing the battery or strap is worth it, as they are cheaper than the watch here.

Can you give me your recommendations in this price range? Would be interesting to check them out and make a comprison video!
Can you also recommend a watch with "USAGE IN TERRORISM" as a tab in it's Wikipedia page?

Thank you for pointing this out! I don't wear mine enough to experience these issues. I will keep this in mind when buying a gshock. Thanks!
