At the end of your video you mentioned that if you wanna stay in Canada , that study permit is not the right path. But what if study permit was the only thing you’re eligible for ? Like if you don’t have much skills or work experience to be a skilled worker. So the only option would be to study and work and then work your way up on living there . What’s your intake on that ? However, my field that I chose is not related on the one that I studied here in PH. so I like to ask if that possible for me to grant a study permit even I choose the other path of career.

Hi! No, I didn’t state any of that. Sabi ko lang magstay ako with my relative and that’s it. Kung sila mag sponsor sayo, I think that’d be okay too. But you have to provide their financial information.

I did not attached on my application a letter of explantion which I think the reason for my visa denial. I would like to know if I reapply, do I need to repeat my medical examination or is it still valid? Is age really matters/ consideration in the application. Im 39. If I can provide a good and well explained SOP.... do I have a strong chance of acquiring a study permit? Thank you for your response in advance. God bless.

Lookie Yes, it’s possible. Pero depends sa aapply-an mong school kung may maccredit ba silang mga subjects mo. Kung magiiba ka din ng path, usually mahirap dapat maprove mo talaga na kung bakit ka mag iiba ng study. Pero if you’ll make a strong point naman, I guess you’ll be fine.

Focus on getting a good mark on the IELTS. After you get the admission letter from the college that you are applying for, you can start your online application for you, your husband and child. When you are filling out the questions to start your application, add all the family members you are bringing with you. Your husband will have the right to apply (in the same application), for a work permit. Please remember that for the proof of funds, you will have to show tuition+19,900 (this is the "cost of living" for one year that includes you, your husband and son). www.immigration.ca/financial-requirements-for-international-students-to-study-in-canada

I think yung post graduate program (dito sa Canada) na sinsabi mo is yung mga may degree na before so probably it’s not for you yet.

After you get your study permit your husband is now qualified to get a open work permit.
