Imo, there are 3 reasons for this: 1. More than half of the commanders haven't reached chapter 26 yet. 2. Ultra has only appeared twice so far, in Solo raid and Event stage. 3. Unlike Nihilister, who has been the co-op boss 3 times, Ultra has never been a co-op boss, and this is probably the main reason.

This game does a great job at making bosses feel epic and fearsome, so when you take them down you feel like you accomplished something and the intro plus music just adds to the fact that your facing a boss and you need to take it seriously to win

I cant believe in 2023 there is a gacha game that gets me hype. After Overzone, finding out that we'd get to see Red Hood and Lilith for real was crazy. And Red Hood being all rock and roll is great. Good theme to contrast with the holy goddess vibe that was for Overzone.

For people doing Chapter 26, Time your bursts right and watch the right timings to take cover. Also take the opportunity to deal extra damage when the QTE circles appear, they take very long to finish loading. (If you're using Modernia, DO NOT use her burst. the extra 5 seconds will mess your timing.)
