I believe it was longer. I forget where I read it but, it takes 30 mins for the fusion to run its course after they mess it up and then it's another hour wait before they can try it again. Goku is not stronger than beerus, infact I'd say he's not even close yet, ultra instinct does not automatically mean he's stronger than beerus, it's already been seen in both ToP and in the manga when Goku was sparring with beast Gohan that Mui isn't completely untouchable, even Vegeta isn't close to beerus's lvl, the only one on this list that'd beat black Frieza is only beerus, now if you add fusions then either gogeta or vegito would win, since I doubt beerus would actually step up to fight Frieza
