    The construction on property 1 is so cheap that it's hard to believe that they are asking $450K. And to think on top, you have a assoc. fee to pay living in a cookie cutter neighborhood with houses 10 feet apart. House number 2 at least has some room around it.

      The prices in certain places are just overblown. It is ridiculous. The correction is much needed.

      I believe he said 475 for an off the shelf cookie cutter carpet deluxe. Not to mention traffic is the worst of the worst in Wesley Chapel. Mr Bryan will be putting in some long hours at work with these prices.

    I live in Wesley Chapel bought mine for 149k 13 years ago. No way I would pay what the are asking now.

    Cheap construction on the first house, vinyl flooring and fiberglass in the bathrooms.
    Overpriced even at the new price.

    Taxes over $5k are you kidding. Plus HOA another $1.2K. Ugly cheap brown cabinets, why have two fireplaces it's Tampa, not Green Bay. The place does not even have room for a private room. Reduce another $100k. Only a fool would buy at the current prive.

      Nonsense I had the heat on for about 5 days this whole winter and I amn25 miles north of here. The problem is you see how close those houses are and then all the other idiot neighbors run their fireplaces and YOU CAN"T BREATHE. They should be illegal to have down here unless they are extremely inspected because they put out too much soot, ash or whatever in the atmosphere.

    Wow! Builder grade garbage for over $400k. 😮😵‍💫🤣🤣🤣 good luck selling that. Taxes and HOA’s are pretty extraordinary as well. So sad.

    I dont have much good to say about ither home. What are they doing with these houses. They are really cutting corners. House #1 Super CHEAP bathroom materials shower tub combo, bedrooms toooo small. Ugly granite and ugly brown cabinets House 2 the front patio was cute but lacking inside -same -ugly cabinets and ugly granite.
    CHEAP - Bedrooms small. Where was the dining area - NEAR THE 1/2 Bath!!!!? And I'm sorry but in hot Florida why have a fireplace outside? - to replace a bonfire? These are giving me apartment vibes with the bonus of garage, and back yard. Oh the back patio was cute on house 1 I think. Not worth the selling price in my opinion. Highway robbery!!

      Nice, im making offers by extrapolating the price since 2018 and compounding 5% per year. Prices should be down 30% per interest rates
