Meal prepping for my dog - Cooking Ruby's dog food & price breakdown - VLOGMAS 02
Not Christmas related, BUT a bunch of people were asking what does me cooking Ruby's food look like. In this Vlogmas vlog, I cook Ruby's food and do a price breakdown!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds of ground turkey
- 1 1/2 cups of brown rice
- A couple of spoonfuls of coconut oil
- Turmeric
- A bag of frozen sweet potatoes
- A bag of frozen green beans
- A bag of frozen peas and carrots
- 3 to 6 eggs
- Sprinkle of Nutritional yeast (not shown in video)
- 1/2 tsp of Dog Greens powder amzn.to/3GtAAWm
Instructions
- Combine turkey, brown rice, 3 cups of water, coconut oil, and turmeric into a large pot and bring to a boil
- Once it reaches a boil, cove it, and turn to low for 45 minutes
- Stir occasionally to make sure everything doesn’t stick to the bottom
- After 45 minutes, add in your frozen veggies and eggs
- Create your individual meals, or do this when you serve the food - Sprinkle the correct amount of dog grains, and nutritional yeast on top meal before serving
