Man, i knew i wasn’t tripping. I felt like this Cod didn’t feel like the other Cod games or Black ops games, it’s good to hear other ppl feel the same way and why it doesn’t feel like the other Cod games.
They'll release a broken gun in the battle pass. Take a week to fix it, forcing any casual playing to buy the battle pass in order to avoid being smacked every game. Activision is implementing some serious psychological tricks these days. Really disappointing to see.
Still remember seeing some kid on some tips and tricks TmarTn video saying that GreenGoblin would absolutely stomp him during the mw3 days, so of course I had to check you out, and I still remember watching you get triple Moabs with pp90 on dome. Dropping class set ups, Moab tips and just having fun with cod all these years later. You got a lifetime fan here, and you’ll always be my fav cod TH-camr!

I alwasy had a lot of fun rushing, now with these maps with so many head glitches and no alternative lanes it just equals constant dying.

It’s the nostalgia, the memories we made out of those games and e friends we made. Most of us played Black Ops 1 as impressionable kids so obviously now we look back and think everything was better back then. Honestly I’m really enjoying Cold War, I love it actually. I’ve played every cod game and love this one more than most of them except of course BO1 and BO2. It’s closest we’ve gotten to that classic feels since ever in my opinion.

I agree with everything you says except for the score streaks. I’ve been playing call of duty since 2005. There’s nothing more frustrating than playing domination and your whole team is camping and trying to get kill streaks and you lose 200-50. With score streaks games are more competitive and people actually go for the objective. I rather it. Keep up the good work man.
I watched til end. I’ve been subscribed for years but haven’t been an avid COD player since MW3. I started with World at War and love BO1 the most. Cold War is my favorite since BO1 but it is highly flawed in my opinion. That being said those flaws in my eyes are intentionally set in by the developers to help newer players get good quick. I almost feel tricked by the developers because there’s always more lanes to go too. I almost never feel safe in any of the newer call of duty’s. In BO1 you could literally outrun people, regen then get the kill. It’s weird to see the change, but nice to hear somebody else talk about it. Thank you for reminding me I’m not crazy, just part of a different generation. And THATS really the “issue.”
My first cod was mW3 I didn’t even know what Xbox live was at the time lol, when I got black ops 1 I got Xbox live for the first time barely played online multiplayer, mainly played zombies seen the trailer for black ops 2 on tv and was blown away. Those were the days, back in high school everything just seemed more fun and simple. Black ops 2 will forever be my favourite cod till the end of time. If I knew how big it was gonna be I would’ve played it more and become master prestige. Plus looking at everyone’s custom made emblems back then was some of the funniest & creative stuff I’ve ever seen in my life. Minnisodaburns TH-camr and my friends is what made cod so enjoyable for me.

lol changing the scoreboard to "eliminations" that also count assists is a pretty obvious change as well. Just rack up those assists and youll feel good about yourself at the end of the game when really you went negative smh
Nah thats a good thing actually, creates good teamwork and when pubstomping with good teammates it racks up streaks. Its all the other things that make elminations bad, not the concept itself
I feel the same about call of duty I've been playing since bo2 and it brought me so much and I've given as much as I can to call of duty in return call of duty deserves everyone's respect for all it has given to the gaming community call of duty has even helped me learn how to play video games in general rather if I'm playing call of duty or another game but the point is call of duty is where I learned how to be any good at video games and also got me through school because just knowing even if I'm having a shit day at least when I get home I'll get to forgot about my lousy day and hang out with my brothers and friends on call of duty me and my 2 brothers would get all of are friends together and grind call of duty for hours sometimes we would stay up all night especially when a new call of duty was releasing

Sorry to say but this business model is crap. I’m a decent player, usually a 2 to 2.5 kd player in COD past. In this game I’m a 1.85 which isn’t bad but the fact that I have to go balls out every game it made me lose interest while playing very fast. I get bored after 2 games because it’s more of a chore than a fun thing.

As someone who got Damascus in mw with it being my first game, It was a lot more difficult but I feel like assist count as kill is a good thing this call of duty, maybe should be tweaked so it's the majority damage

you’re so right. call of duty just isn’t rewarding enough for me anymore because of these changes. also, the spawns on nuketown flip every 3 seconds on cold war unlike the other nuketowns making it almost impossible to go on streaks without camping the upstairs house.
lol changing the scoreboard to "eliminations" that also count assists is a pretty obvious change as well. Just rack up those assists and youll feel good about yourself at the end of the game when really you went negative smh
Nah thats a good thing actually, creates good teamwork and when pubstomping with good teammates it racks up streaks. Its all the other things that make elminations bad, not the concept itself

I feel the same about call of duty I've been playing since bo2 and it brought me so much and I've given as much as I can to call of duty in return call of duty deserves everyone's respect for all it has given to the gaming community call of duty has even helped me learn how to play video games in general rather if I'm playing call of duty or another game but the point is call of duty is where I learned how to be any good at video games and also got me through school because just knowing even if I'm having a shit day at least when I get home I'll get to forgot about my lousy day and hang out with my brothers and friends on call of duty me and my 2 brothers would get all of are friends together and grind call of duty for hours sometimes we would stay up all night especially when a new call of duty was releasing

I agree with a TON of what you said but also when you were talking about the game seemingly being a beta. But also Treyarch was forced to release this game a year early and in the middle of a pandemic so I don’t know how much those two factors effected these certain things

Sorry to say but this business model is crap. I’m a decent player, usually a 2 to 2.5 kd player in COD past. In this game I’m a 1.85 which isn’t bad but the fact that I have to go balls out every game it made me lose interest while playing very fast. I get bored after 2 games because it’s more of a chore than a fun thing.

As someone who got Damascus in mw with it being my first game, It was a lot more difficult but I feel like assist count as kill is a good thing this call of duty, maybe should be tweaked so it's the majority damage

I do understand and love watching your videos. The only problem is it’s just the way the world works. Some times I want to go back to the past too but things move forward and it can suck. Like some people want COD back to to 2012 days, but then other people want video games online removed from like 1990’s era so people interact more. Unfortunately that’s how the world works as we go forward.

Love this, kinda just what everyone above average needed to hear, to just either move on or help accept the game for what it is whilst also understanding what the 'business' is trying to do... this video will definitely help me and im sure alot of other players stress less knowing how its actually been designed and why, but also a bit tragic they've completely switched it up without saying. But I guess for those that can't except it can go play a ranked game where the developers show thier hand alot more
