I have really enjoyed these last two videos immensely. I had no idea how important bison was and what role they played in the environment. Truly educational.

I am having me some Buffalo burgers tonight (scored me a couple pounds of buffalo burger yesterday, all natural). Buffalo steaks are SO GOOD, better than beef! Some of my relatives live near Wright, last name Rexroat. I have never been there but really nice to see what the area looks like.

I love seeing the Moon in the day sky, you can usually see stars right through it. Rather interesting, as well as question inducing.

Does Durham give the leftover parts of the bison to the local Natives? They use every part. A Lakota friend gave me a knife made of rib bone. There should be no part of the sacred Tatanka wasted. Also, try a Tanka Bar, delicious and made by friend of a friend on Pine Ridge.

Every part is used except for the spinal chord and head/brain due to regulations
