Fantastic....Sue is so down to earth....When Leigh was doing The Homosexual in Bagleys Warehouse, Kings Cross in 1993, I went but I was on the dole and didn't have the full entrance fee of 4. pounds (i think)...Sue was on the box office door and let me in for just over 2 quid...all I had till next dole cheque.....I remember that and it was worth it...I was 23 yrs old then....
Wonderful. So annoying that her book is out of print and really hard to find a used copy (expensive too). Long overdue a re-print for those who still prefer reading actual books to Kindles.
He didn’t. He married my best friends sister. Nicola. Sue, in my opinion (I’m quite close to this, fyi) has always had a bit of a thing with Nicola. Nicola married Leigh.
They were both very close to Leigh. I lived in Leigh and Nicola’s flat for many, many years. Nicola is a beautiful and strong lady. Leigh adored her and I won’t say anymore.
@@Shamelyay You are so privileged to have known them. Dont get me wrong...I think Sue is a lovely and very funny woman and Im sure Leigh loved her.... But I think he knew he owed this to Nicola.....She was devoted wholly to him from what I can gather... Isnt it amazing to see Leighs influence pop up all over the place even today? And Im STILL finding pics of looks from him that Ive never seen before. Thank you for your reply anyway.
Sue Tilley has the most delicate, little wrists. She's such a lovely woman, and I adore Lucian's paintings of her. Her skin is so plushy, pillowy and velvety.. Like her flesh is a Juicy Couture velour track suit.
