This is the only geras variation I like watching. It takes a lot of skill. It takes patience and you have to have strong fundamentals. In addition, you need to be able to adjust and set up your gameplay to optimize the tools. You might get bored but it doesnt mean it doesnt take skill. GRR fucking killed that shit and flawless blocked some of the hardest shit in the game to block. Put some respect on his name. He did that shit immaculately. Rio was playing on fire too

Someone needs to arrest Grr, he straight-up stole those sets from Rio with random Fatal Blows and rewinding time to undo taking damage.
This game has the least character variety for top 8 out of any mortal kombat
you say that like a top 8 for mk11 didn't look totally different a couple months ago, it's literally a matter of skill, sonicfox doesn't have a main and he's had basically a perfect tournament run, 1st and second place with most recently, characters like d'vorah and kollector. the fact is that mk11 is one of the most balanced nrs games we've seen in terms of characters. if you're skilled enough with a character, and know the match-ups with other characters, you can more than likely win.
I think you're trying too hard to forget about the sea of Kabals and Errons from prior. Also 7 characters for 8 players seems kinda high to gripe about. Maybe because they're in a few top 8s? But that's because the returning players themselves. Very weird complaint.

So everybody uses Johnny Cage now. These are suppose to be top players but they’re all using the same damn character. They need to buff sub zero
The problem with sub is that he needs to be buffed offline , but he is strong online. So they need to buff him in a way that improves his offline performance without making him insanely broken online
I've only played Sub Zero and Johnny since the game came out, it sucks seeing so many Johnny players now, but that's how NRS games are, in surprised we didn't see only 2 or three characters in top 8. WE GOT 4 BABY YEAH!
steve plonka Sub Zero needs 2 combos added. He needs a high combo and low combo added. And they need to completely buff ground freeze so that it comes out quicker.

Personally I find it more interesting, more footsies and neutral. Like Street Fighter.
But it's definitely a different pace than before. Very slow in comparison. Feels very different.

Aizen Sousuke Well there’s no point in him being in the tournament, he’s way above everybody else in tournament points. Sonic without a doubt is the best Mk11 player there’s no debate about that. NinjaKilla definitely is right under him though 👍🏻

When sonic used Johnny and Cassie ninja got demolished. Trust me sonic is on a different level, he’s in grand finals every tournament he’s in. The ones he lost is when he stuck it out with D’Vorah and kollector. Sonic was just trying to prove a point, if he uses his mains it’s over.

Idk the combo string with the kicks before he does camera flash but after that it’s Jump kick then 2-2-2-2-2, 1-2-1, shadow kick
Foward 3-4-4 but after you finish those buttons quickly while the animation is going use back down 3

For professional tournaments, it's just much more practical to use more effective characters that provide a higher chance of winning. Not to say there aren't pros using him, it just so happens that the top 8 here are not.

It’s a game mechanic that benefits both sides. Random fatal blows are usually punishable.
Why complain about armor? We had way more armored moves in MKX and I see no one complaining.
Critical If you time your attacks correctly, it will stop the fatal blow from coming out, as seen by various fatal blow interruptions in MK gameplay.
Critical If I’m not mistaken, X-ray do have armor.
