This man was such a rare talent. I miss him, his live recordings, his blues, his jazz, really, all Jeff's music. RIP my friend
Thanks
My dad and mother were here, they named me after Jeff.
He was so talented, so great. What a tragic loss.😢
It's one of the best blues jams I've ever heard . Such control of that guitar. RIP JEFF!!!
I saw him in Berlin in the early 1990s when I started playing. He blew my mind with his album Hell to Pay. I don't care anymore about a lot of players I liked, but to me Jeff still is what he was for me then, an amazing talent
Jeff is the GOAT. Guitar GOD. The depth of the tragedy in his loss is immeasurable. He didn’t play guitar, it was an extension of his soul. Gives me chills and tears every damn time.
I'll never forget the night one of my friends stop by and he'd mentioned a couple times that he wanted me to listen to this guy that was blind and this was in the 80s / cassette tapes and when he played the first song my mouth just dropped and it wasn't long till I saw a video of Jeff and still to this day I sit and watch just like right now with absolute unbelief that anyone can do this and do it to total perfection . And by the way I'm using my friends phone and I'll have my phone back in a few days and I've created her a playlist with a little over 1000 songs 😂 and that's just right now and my name is Wendell Burkhart and she likes a lot of what I do so maybe she won't kill me 😂
Great guitarist the ROCK GODS have now!!!
What a aoulful player....omg
When you lose one sense, you gain in the other 5, Jeff proves this with his amazing ear for making that guitar sing like a voice and soul.... RIP , a legend for sure.
one of my favorite performance from Jeff.
Very beautiful song , as just getting back into Jeff's music , RIP Jeff You will be missed , never to be forgotten
Always tried to playing the lead rendition of Jeff;s part of the song

Cancer Sucks😢
Rip and Blessings to your loved ones 🙏
So...What your comment clearly states; sir, is that those sobs possibly illegally attacked Healey also prior to 2023..Well.. aren't those sobs f#cked that specifically did that.
Sheesh that guitar solo gutted me
WOW!!! Never heard this version before. Blew my mind!

Thank you Jeff! 1966 - 2008
According to the CNIB Canadian Institute for the Blind, only about 10% of Canadians with vision loss are taught braille. This is a decline from 40 years ago, when more than 50% of school-age blind children could read braille. Please don't let this valuable code die with Jeff Healey. Share both legacies!
Only one hendrix, only one Clapton, only one iommi, only one Eddie van Halen, only one Rhoads, only one SRV, only one Healey...
🙏
Poor Slash didn't make the cut, I guess?!🤔😬😑
Only one Billy imhoff
🤔 HUH? What is that supposed to mean? There’s only ONE of every single person - at least until we can start cloning people!
Then there’s malmsteen lol
Incredible

FUN FACT: Unbeknownst to us, back in the day, via KELOWNA, BC, we were "booked" 2 open for JEFF. Long story. Would have been great to meet him. Maybe NEXT go round, huh? A GREAT musician, late night radio host, talent & performer! #RIP
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Jeff Healey IS the story Always from 1 Milan ...
Love
That 🎸 gives a voice to a silent scream🎉 Only till a person has experienced deep loss in life can they understand the blues💙
🙏🏻
👍
👍 So true - about the ‘years go passing by’ - and QUICKLY! I’m going on 70, and only heard of Jeff very recently while watching a duet he did with Stevie Ray Vaughan (‘Little Sister’ IIRC). But imho THIS is an absolute gem 💎 in every way! It’s his talented soulful and blues 🎤 🎸 style/sound that really does it for me . 💞 it - a 👏 performance and cover of an Al King song, and even better imho. (Not that I don’t like Al’s music and the other 2 ‘Kings of the Blues’!)
Great music great guy rip man
Just torturing that Les Paul. Amazing is a definite understatement
I think every camera person should go to a "Recording Guitarists" class and learn to film the left hand and not the one with the pick.
