Him and Bob Odenkirk have to be the most successful comedic duo in TV history, from "Mr. Show" to "Arrested", "Breaking Bad", "Better Call Saul", just crazy talented. But a special note for Jessica Walter, I think she's the real centerpiece of the show (beyond "straight man" Michael). She's the matriarch of a family whose patriarch is largely off the deep end, and Jessica occupies that role just perfectly, and highlights the roots of why this family is so insane XD. RIP Jessica, such an amazing swan song as an actress.

I've watched both, and no, the humor is pretty different with AD being more over the top at times. Silicon Valley also has more drama, and AD is pretty much joke after joke with an occasional sentimental moment thrown in. They're both great though!
