What if parents has dead without writing deed and the property is self acquired by parent( father)
My grand father has two wives, First wife has 1 son, 2 daughter s, Second wife has 1 son and 1 daughter.
My grand father divided his self aquired property equally and shared to two sons with unregistered will ( forcely written) after 25 days again he did the 70% land given to his first wife son as a gift deed in sub registrar office. Untill my grand father life end he lives with first son.
This total incident happened before 25yrs.
First son living in that property from 25yrs
Can second son family file the partition suite???
What is the winning possibility to first son??
