If two brothers registerd or any one it can be null.
If their father wantedly given them you dnt have right.
Note. After father death only two brothers file the property you can go ahead. Becz your mother is also a child.
If the property is belongs to your grand father only.

But my father executed a Will as equal share for his children.Will was on white paper and not registered. Now mother and son deceived daughter.Please clear me wether daughter may get har share.
