We took the tour bus to Big Ben and the London eye it’s a literally 10 min ride from the Hotel. You will have to walk to the bus stop, which is about a good 10 minute walk. We ended up taking the bus on a city tour and then we got off and we walked through a park which we ended up then Buckingham Palace. www.bigbustours.com/en/london/london-bus-tours?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwkdO0BhDxARIsANkNcrcT2nsn7Gx8IaVvtyAhSI9McIVM7dSkO-s_mzo-_SbOaJgvlZCh4MkaAjOkEALw_wcB
Two problems at DoubleTree Tower of London 1. After I checked out, they charged me GBP 10 without any explanation. Few days later, I found it and asked the Front desk via international call. The lady at front desk said, laundry bag was lost. I didn't take anything in the room even I didn't use mini bar. If anything were lost, they should ask me via email or phone before they charge GBP 10. They are non-professional without common sense. 2. Shower gel was out of, so that I asked them why they didn't fill in or provide new one. They said, it is not possible for them to check it before guest inform them. They are non-professional without common sense.
Lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful, also loved Savage Garden on the top floor great music and the views are brilliant
Great tips!
Glad it was helpful!
I enjoyed your video and the depth of the tour since I just booked this hotel.
Glad you enjoyed it! ♥️
Thank you for the tips!
Wow! I plan to visit London soon, This Doubletree hotel close to Heathrow airport. Thanks for sharing
Hi! So it’s about 20mins from Heathrow. But with traffic it’s going to be about an hour. Heathrow isn’t near the main part of the city.
@@Love_SumLotta going to central London
The hotel is in Central London so you’re good.

I’m so sorry you had to experience that. Hopefully they make it right. Customer service should be top priority.
