In my opinion the arty change was a net buff, they reduced the damage to prevent one shots but kept dpm the same, but one really "smart" dev thought oh no now arty is gonna run out of ammo too quickly, but instead of just increasing the ammo capacity they greatly increased arty accuracy, which now means a good arty will always hit you, yeah they have the same dpm and less alpha but the effective dpm is higher because half the damage isn't going to the ether
I got it today in a yule box its wild a few days ago ragnarok now skoda its great it get changed from the old apcr to premium ap
It was always prem ap mechanically, just labelled APCR for some reason
