    이연복이 냉부해에 나와서 본실력을 제대로 못보여준 이유가 불이약함. 중식은 굉장히 강한불을 사용해서 요리하는데 스튜디오에서는 그정도 화력을 준비하지 못해서 패널티를 가지고 방송하셨다고.

      그리고 애초에 가정용 화구가 불이 너무 약해서 평상시에 요리할 때에도 화력이 좀만 더 셌으면 좋겠다 라는 생각이 들어요...

      파마산 치즈. 엄밀히 따지면 우유랑 생크림 넣고 하는건 크림스파게티가 맞지만 워낙에 우리나라에선 까르보나라로 알려지고 쓰이다보니 방송 상 저렇게 표현한 것 같네요. 물론 셰프들이 메인인 프로그램인만큼 맞게 써줘도 나쁠 건 없었을 것 같은데 말이에요.
