I make this often! I also add any leftover veggies I have on hand-like zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, etc. I also use season salt, smoked paprika, garlic, and pepper for amazing flavor! Add eggs over easy and an avocado and it’s love on a plate! 😍

Then chunk up some bacon and cook everything in real butter. Microwaving the potatoes is not necessary. I use med-high heat, cover, and stir occasionally to avoid burning. I've learned when to stir them so they brown but not burn. The difference in taste is amazing.

And forgive me but I will add eggs at the end of the recipeeee... and frie them.

i liked the video, after 3 min in video, u lost me, how do u make a potatoe a vegataring . Is it how it grown, would a fish use as vertilizer make it non vetatering then u ask veg oil or bacon fat

I don’t use a microwave. The radiation is not good for us. How would you cook without the microwave? I usually just cook in pan.
The radiation from the microwave didn't affect health. It's a myth. It's very different from the radiation you are thinking about.
