Hi Lorraine from Miami, Yes certainly as Coolsculpting is the brand name of the facial liposculpture I describe in the video. I hope this clarifies things for you.
Hi Tony Dean, While many patients do see results after 6 months, and we are monitoring your results at this time for up to 2 years, most patients would need to wait for a full year so thinning hair has time to shed, and grow back thicker. We perform the booster treatment usually 15-24 months after the first treatment. I hope this clarifies things for you.
Thanks Dr. Prasad What do you think about RF devices for submental fat/ jowl treatment e.g Evoke, Exilis or Facetite. Especially for patients who don’t have enough fat for liposuction? Do you use something similar in your office?
Hi@@halamahmod8302, Sorry, TH-cam error put in the wrong reply. I don't use those devices in my practice. I perform laser treatments for some slight cases of jowls, and I would need to examine the submental area for laser treatment as usually there is too much fat in the area to treat non-surgically, and forcing a laser treatment with high heat, and long exposure can result in skin damage. I hope this clarifies things for you.

I had a neurologist tell me my migraines were from all of the fat under my chin was preventing me from getting proper oxygen....... is that even possible?
Hi Orwell Huxley, Submental fat will not affect oxygen flow to your head. I think you need to confirm the advice of your neurologist as it doesn't sound like something they would claim. I hope this helps you.
Like always thanks for the video and information.
You're welcome, ALEXANDER MONDAY! Glad you found the video informative!
