After 1 hour of searching finally I found a cookie recepi of an Indian ched❤ I m totally a newbie in kitchen and this was my first attempt to make cookies from scratch. this recipe worked like a charm. It has increased my confidence level. I substituted brown suger with regular suger. I also didn't use the electric whisker, I mixed everything manually. If I can do it thn anyone can.. just go for it guys. U wl never regret. Thank u shivesh for this wonderful delight ❤❤❤
I made them today... love them ❤️ Tq for the recipie... Regarding baking.. Preheated oven for 10min full temp Then baked the cookies for 15min at 180°c and 5 min at 200°c And left it in the oven for 10min.. Then left it to cool for 5min outside the oven.. Total 30min baking

I have made these cookie and here are some extra tips if you want to make the cookies ✨fancy✨ 1) brown the butter for a more delicious flavor. Make sure the butter cools down before combining the ingredients. 2)Castor sugar makes the cookies crispy and the brown sugar will help in the spreading of the cookie. If you can get brown sugar don’t skip it! 3) Use chocolate chips/buttons (buttons work the best) and fold it into the batter, this will give more chocolate to cookie ratio and will melt evenly. ( combination of milk chocolate and dark chocolate give the best results) 4) For extra flavor chill the cookie batter for min of 1h upto 24 h (overnight) this will develop more flavor in the batter. ( can be kept in fridge for upto 48 hours) 5) pre- heat your oven before baking

I am more a cake person when it comes to baking. Made these today and oh my god I'm dead so delicious. I just switched more brown sugar than less and maybe too much salt... but if they had a bit of caramel drizzle on top they would have been insane
Thanks for the amazing recipe. I tried it, with chocolate chips and they turned out well. Just one suggestion, while you said brown sugar can be exchanged with regular castor sugar on same quantity, I feel it should be less than that as the cookies turn out toooo sweet that way. I think the quantity of the butter is too much. It should be less since my brother and I had lots of problems in shaping and mixing it and it was quite sticky.

I have tried so many eggless chocolate chip cookies and they never turn out right. But these cookies were perfect! Next time I would add the chocolate in the cookie batter rather than ontop.
I tried this with multigrain atta instead of maida and it was fantastic! The dough majorly hardened in the fridge, so I had to wait for it to thaw a bit... But taste-wise... Yum! Thanks Shivesh 😘

I had tried it last month , it was my first attempt at baking any cookies...and all my family and friends loved it. This recipe is great! However I have few queries regarding this recipe 1) To add Cornflour, while speaking you say to add a ' 1 TABLESpoon' and in the written recipe it's mentioned ' 1 TEAspoon or 6g' of cornflour. Would love if you would clear this to me. 2) How much cocoa powder can I add in order to make them brown? Do I need to subtract the same amount from the flour quantity mentioned? Thanks for the amazing recipe. I tried it, with chocolate chips and they turned out well. Just one suggestion, while you said brown sugar can be exchanged with regular castor sugar on same quantity, I feel it should be less than that as the cookies turn out toooo sweet that way.

I think the quantity of the butter is too much. It should be less since my brother and I had lots of problems in shaping and mixing it and it was quite sticky.

I have tried so many eggless chocolate chip cookies and they never turn out right. But these cookies were perfect! Next time I would add the chocolate in the cookie batter rather than ontop.

I tried this with multigrain atta instead of maida and it was fantastic! The dough majorly hardened in the fridge, so I had to wait for it to thaw a bit... But taste-wise... Yum!

I had tried it last month , it was my first attempt at baking any cookies...and all my family and friends loved it. This recipe is great!
However I have few queries regarding this recipe
1) To add Cornflour, while speaking you say to add a ' 1 TABLESpoon' and in the written recipe it's mentioned ' 1 TEAspoon or 6g' of cornflour. Would love if you would clear this to me.
2) How much cocoa powder can I add in order to make them brown? Do I need to subtract the same amount from the flour quantity mentioned?
