  • I keep getting questions on which brands do i use for cream, chocolate, cream-cheese, yeast, etc, etc! So here it is- a #DetailedGuide on which baking brands I trust in India and use for all my #Baking and recipes.
    I did a video on this topic earlier as well but this is a much longer, detailed video and also includes some new brands and products I've discovered recently.
    As mentioned in the video- these recommendations are completely honest and I'm sharing them because I feel it could be useful for people who are not sure about which brands to buy.
    If you think this video is useful, please do hit the like button and subscribe to my channel. Share this video with all your friends who love to bake :D

    Very much agree about the Amul dark chocolate and d'lecta cream cheese. I had ordered Philadelphia cheese once and it costs a fortune here.

    I've been using Milky Mist dairy products for baking and it's been working really well and it's not too expensive either. It's Rs. 300/- for 400 grams of cream cheese. And the butter is Rs. 280/- for 500 grams of butter. Also been using Weikfield cocoa powder and there's a brand of chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and a lot of other chips that we get in super stores where I'm from. The sizes are but still bigger than urban platter's but I forgot the brand name 😅 also for whipping cream, amul's whipping cream works really well but the availability is spotty but there's this brand called Fiona that we get where I'm from and it works really well and is available in a lot of places. Inference from this video: Baking is costly! Super expensive!

      @rajgoyal108 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      True, only if you're doing it for living/ business then only you can bear the cost, otherwise one would get a tough scolding from parents.
