A swan would have the advantage over an eagle on the water because they are bigger birds, and could easily overpower them and hold them under the water until they drown.
That one walking with the fish on its foot a real one. He pulled the shit out that fish then got to land and was like Yo wasup now!....? Who want it damn it!....?
Eagles hunt and eat mostly fish and rodents. Seen mocking bird couples chasing off eagles and hawks too. Crows also. I have also found eagle feathers from young eagles on the ground, it did appear like a nest raid had happened and at the time I wondered what kind of bird would have done that. Birds are beautiful and have command of various environments in nature. I love to watch them succeed so greatly.
I may can help with that question of the eaglets. My wife has wildlife habitats on our rural land in Alabama along a river .She has witnessed both hawks and owls attack nestlings especially Red Tailed Hawks ,Barn Owl pairs and Great Horned Owls. They do this every now and then out here .I hope this helps .We have most native species breeding here due to swamps ,hardwood and pine forest .The Barn Owls nest near the house in a huge storm damaged oak and intimidate most other raptors as a pair not solo and usually win the battle despite their smaller size .
Nah most big eagles would whoop a Canada geese. Only swans can regularly dominate eagles, though Golden eagles do take some species of swan on occasion
Swans are VERY VERY aggressive birds folks. In my 30yrs in the avian field i've been bitten by more Swans then i care too share. You see they have tiny rows of teeth YES TEETH in their beaks. Which they use for pulling out various vegetation under the water. When you see them or Geese dipping their necks under the water that's whats going on. And if that isn't enough they can also give you a MASSIVE whack with their strong wings. Enough so too leave you bruised for sure. So next time you want too get a close up of either bird Swan or Goose and especially if it's got young with it. You've been FOREWARNED because they will NOT back down and you WILL be chased. Even birds of prey know better then too tangle with these large waterfowl.
Swans generally do not bite when defending themselves or their young. Their strong wings are their frontline of defense. I've never heard of a swan biting.
Was this video filmed in Germany? Sad how these eagles, white tailed eagles, are endangered in Europe. Many European countries have or have had this eagle as their symbol. I hope Europe will bring back this species to its original numbers. Nice video :D

There is no swan "ATTACKING" an eagle! Jesus, the swan scares the eagle away. Otherwise Just a bull crap video of an eagle flying! More lies to get more views!
Are you saying if the eagle stayed the swan would've stopped midway and shush the eagle away. Clearly that's an attack to me. If I see a man run at me and try to punch me, but I dodge it and I run away was he trying to scare me off or attack me?
Eagle running scared? In a naval battle, a swan can drag an eagle and drown him. Eagles dont know how to swim while swan is a waterbird with diving capability.
@@MrStraightlover I have seen videos were an Eagle has dropped out of the air and taken down a wolf 😳 & even has the strength to pick up a goat, so in that being said, you are 100% right. Those eagles ( once they lock in ) Geeeeeessshhhh it’s tough for their prey to get away and they are so majestic in nature.
yes, eagles. these eagles are white tailed eagles, which live mostly in Europe, but also in East Asia. White tailed eagles are closely related to bald eagles, but bigger and stronger.
Eagle : Rinsing off far away in big lake.
Swan : I took that VERY personally.
Zohair, look at bird bath
Swan has just 2 sec cameo in the full movie and you named the movie after it.
Thanks for the info, so I don't need to see it until finish
Well nice
Its almost clickbait.

Impressing footage of flying eagles. How do you keep the bird in focus? Even closeups have perfect focus - I know how difficult it is ...
Hi Chistina, I always use autofocus with my EOS 1DX Mark2/ EOS C200. This is unique technology (dual pixel) from Canon. Thomas

Where is the attack footage
Well swans can be ferocious
What was the bird attacking the Eagle at 2'10-2'12. Looks like a buzzard (Honey buzzard or common buzzard maybe ?)
It`s a lokal Common Bussard!

I love it when it caught the big fish and they get together for a feast 😉😊
Pecking order in the avian kingdom: Swan - Canada Geese - everything else in no particular order

I like eagles and how high they fly and pray at the same time.

Not a fair comment. It is always newsworthy when an adult eagle is "scared away" and forced to leave by another bird.
I'm sorry, but, did he just say "news worthy" ?????
Very nice sound
Wait wtf? Swan attacks an eagle? This could be the weakest one there!

That guy at 1:32 trying to take off with a giant fish. lol.

Hence why they named it Botswana. I mean, can you come up with anything more intimidating than a country entirely consisting of robot swans?

Why the 2-3 second deception of swan Vs eagle when that clearly not the main subject? Did someone slip something into your coffee, tea or pee?

Attack? Not sure if that would qualify as harrassed. Nice footage tho....
f-15 ?😒。
Well, I am glad that the Swan really didn’t try to test the Eagle stride for stride, because I don’t think a Swan really stands a chance vs an Eagle
The eagle is technically capable of ripping and killing the swan, if it want to do so.

Wouldn’t happen to a wedge tailed eagle in Australia, they’re massive, much too big for a swan
A mute swan can weigh up to 18 kg there are no eagles that come even remotely close to that. It's one of the heaviest flying birds in the world.
Not too relevant. The eagle has claws...
