Took me a while to put this together because of the Crossover Issue but I hope you enjoyed regardless!

For my beloved Falco:
Fix Up-Smash Hitbox
Make grounded side-B have less endlag
Straight up just give my boy his melee Laser
Make it so that no character can escape his up throw, giving him a reliable kill throw.
That's it, you give my boy that and you have a solid high tier that doesn't feel broken (except probably lasers, but look at Melee, who gets camped by lasers, huh?)

Remove Steve is so real.
Also I would give Ness and Lucas New Years Eve bomb from the Mother series instead of PK Flash / PK Freeze because I like that device in Mother 3. I’m a big Mother fan so yeah. This device reduces enemies HP to 1 if it hits but usually this device is a dud so it usually doesn’t hit. It would almost be like Game n Watch 9. Mostly it wouldn’t be a 9 / it would be a dud and would not do damage but the one time it hits your character is basically cooked.

I havent played Mother 3 but lowkey that kinda sounds like Ridley down b just an instant 100% damage type lmaoooo whats the chance it hits?

@@Squart49 Well in Mother 3 there’s maybe a 5% chance that it hits but we could alter the percentage a bit for Smash to maybe 25% if we replace Neutral B with it but if it doesn’t hit maybe it could do a small amount of damage? I dunno I feel like it could almost be like Game n Watch where the other numbers do some damage but if he gets 9 then it’s super deadly? I’m not sure of exactly the right percentage for Smash but you know Hero has random moves that crit and Game n Watch and then Peach has stitch face Luigi has a random side B I’m not sure what that percentage is but like they could work it in.
Maybe in Smash 6?

Yeah maybe im not sure what the chances of hero crit, stitch face, etc are but 25 seems kinda high for a really high damage/kill move i think
