I have plans to do an entire series about WPB. I found more cool neighborhoods I had never drove through in 30 yrs of living here and another cool rental community with cool shops and retaruants close by that I am going to film
yeah but there is nothing to do there, for the average person it lacks entertainment, beach access, bars, nightlife, walking trails, hotels, apartments. Its great for the wealthy, but not very welcoming for everyone else
@danmcclaren5436 what are you talking about there's 3 to 4 new rooftop bars, there's bars on clematis, there's bars on Datura street, there's bars along Flagler, there's bars at city Place and the island of Palm Beach which has a beautiful beach is literally a five minute drive.
@@PalmBeachesPaul some people just want to be a victim, as far as the rest of us, enjoy wpb and all it has to offer and there are more places to check out every day.
I really like your content. Watched almost all your videos. I miss WPB so much, had to move out 5 years ago. Hope one day be back for good. Thank you for beautiful tours!
I used to live here. about 100 yards from City-place. Loved it. I joined the Marine corps in 2020 right before the Pandemic hit, and thanks to said pandemic, got sent home from training 100 hours before becoming a Marine after 3 months of training. Been homeless ever since. I have no regrets, it is what it is, but wow... It is amazing how fast life can throw you around... Thanks for keeping me updated on what's going on man! I enjoyed it.
Bro I'm so sorry to hear that you've been homeless and that you didn't get to become the marine that you bravely and honorably signed up to be. I pray you find a place to call home soon and thank you for watching my channel I'm happy I can at least bring a little bit of happiness to you.
Really enjoyed this one...covering my old stomping grounds. I used to work at the Ocean Grand through college. Now 4 Seasons..IF it's still there. I will have to check out Lake Worth. Still have Friends there. Mostly musicians.:)
Hey Paul. Could you give me a quick thumbs up or down on Evernia Street? There's a possibility I may relocate there.😊 I trust your judgement. Thank you.
I read the two older houses you showed are going to be moved by related so they can put new towers in those spaces. Look up 515 Fern, which will go right next to 360 Rosemary.
Love it! I do wish they would bring back the entertainment for the locals(movie theater, bowling alley, improv, venues that have ability for live bands -bb kings, blue martini etc)
@@PalmBeachesPaul Makes sense. I feel so boxed in and bottled up when I'm there, as I feel like there's nowhere to go to escape people, concrete and development, but everyone has their own standard for what feels comfortable to them.
From what I've read 15% of the residential units will be reserved for workforce housing which is the equivalent to affordable housing in other cities I don't know the requirements for it just yet. Thanks for watching
There is pretty much no more affordable housing in West Palm Beach. There is nothing to celebrate about the ludicrous amount of noxious high rise development going on. What happened to zoning restrictions? What happened to slow growth? This place is geared only for higher incomes and don't be fooled otherwise. Whatever housing is being built for workers it's woefully inadequate. This place is exorbitantly expensive and is losing any character it had left at a head spinning clip.
I'm excited for Harry's Steakhouse to open in Rosemary Square. But I suspect it will basically become Goldman Sachs' cafeteria for power lunches and dinners.
We would like to express very serious concerns in regards to Moss and KAST Construction importing nearly 2.000.000 million illegal construction workers to build high rises thru out the State of Florida, regardless of Mr DeSantis concerns about billions of dollars in losses and economic damages the number of illegals arriving into the State poses an existential threat to many,in addition to limit legal migration from other parts of the globe,we slowly loosing our identity here because with 2.000.000 individuals occupying the hub : Miami-Dade Broward and Palm Beach Counties the primary spoken language in the State is no longer english it is spanish ,so whether our elected officials decidedly hide behind such designations as sanctuary city in an effort of having to deal with the exploitation while holding their bare hands out one too many times for cash campaign contributions the protections so many enjoy has long been stripped away to seek remedy otherwise ,so thank you to all elected officials regardless of party affiliation to continue to enrich themselves while we are dying here.
Miami gets all the attention but WPB is where the “smart money” is quietly placing its bets! Thanks for making this video.

Damn, that must’ve been hard to do

Maybe in time when more people move into the new condos. Thanks for watching play subscribe
Thanks for the infomative tour.. Nice Video..
They should rename West Palm Beach to "Palm Beach" and Palm Beach to "Palm Beach Island".
Terrible idea, Palm beach needs to stay palm beach. The history is too sacred
Yeah no. the folks on Palm Beach would never go for this.
Those of us who have lived here a long time miss the old skyline. 😢
Beautiful place.
I used to live there. I loved it!
Nice video, Paul! Do you ever think that area will become overcrowded?
I think all of South Florida will get a bit crowded as we keep growing.

Yeah, I’m looking forward to that opening up too. It might be a cool place to go do some networking.

I would love to know but 28 min to spill the beans 🫘 ?? 😅
There was a lot of information to cover and this is a vlog not TikTok.
I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good night life.
I'll visit but would never live in Broward or Dade county. Traffic is a joke
@@PalmBeachesPaul true but West Palm got traffic in Rivera beach and Palm Beach.
Do you think Northwest and progressive Northwest will have the same transformation?
What state?
