    My grandfather raised 13 kids with my grandmother. Before he died he told me his monthly property taxes in Massachusetts were more than the original monthly mortgage payment that he paid off 30 some odd years before. Seems legit.

    We need a video or 2 about the overall RE market Florida after Helin /hurricane. When entire communities/town get wrecked does that mean more opportunities for average Joe looking to relocate to Florida? Or just opportunities for the Richie’s? Are we gonna wanna not even bother with insurance and plan for potentially covering rebuild costs ourselves if another hurricane comes?

    Let’s say the foreclosed house you are looking at has no mortgage. But a hugh assessment. As a new owner you would have to pay that and closing costs title search. When I moved to Miami I brought a foreclosure and I had a Realator check it out for me- he sent pictures and I said yes. Give the bank a little above asking price. With 24 hour response time. 😅 kept losing out on bidding wars. But I learned quickly. Now I’m waiting to see if I’d rather travel then buy another property. Thanks for the information Paul.

      @@danakruse7325 it would all depend on the property you're buying but if there was no mortgage on it and they just lost out to it because the HOA put a lien on the property and I'm not a lawyer I'm just assuming then I guess if you paid the assessment off and your regular title fees that you would be free and clear but that's just a guess every situation is different.

    Bought in 2022, sw fl. Over bid, 5 other offers. Big mistake! Short selling! Seeing lots of others in our situation who bought around when we did too!

    Not sure how Governments stay solvent here but yes *"go online for everything"* is one approach absolutely. If People have a chance to move to cash as an equity guy for the stock jobbing World *ALWAYS* move to cash as the easiest way to have money stolen is to believe the US Dollar is crashing when in fact the exact opposite has been true for 20 straight years and is still true today actually right now. Short $dis Disney strong sell😊

      Not true anyone with money can bid on these foreclosures all you gotta do is go to foreclosure.com and search for yourself

    How about getting a new mic

    • @PalmBeachesPaul
      @PalmBeachesPaul  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      its not the mic, its the new DJI Action camera, its works fine except for when I use my new DJI mic. You would think they would work great together being that they are the same company but NO! DJI can be complete idiots at times, the mic works fine with other cameras and even my cell phone but I love the image quality and ease of use with my DJI Osmo Action camera, its small and easy to film with. I jhust have to wiggle the connection everytime and make sure its recording until I casn afford to buy a new camera. Feel free to support me buy making a donation here. I would consider either but partial to a single with 2 kitchens and an in-law suite. Looking to move early in 2026.
