  • The Mount Solmar Hike is one of the top things to do in Cabo San Lucas. Mt Solmar is one of the top excursions in the entire Los Cabos area and is a must-do during your vacation.
    Led by a group of dogs, admire panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, the Marina, Lands End, Lovers and Divorce Beach, and the Pacific Ocean. It was my favorite activity that we did in the city and I implore you to add it to your Cabo itinerary!
    All clips shot on iPhone 15. Taken in December.

    ABOUT ME
    I create detailed travel guides to help take the guesswork (and stress) out of travel planning.
    The purpose of this channel is to inspire your next trip/adventure/vacation and help you figure out what to do once you're there.
    Currently, I work a full time job (sadly not TH-cam) and utilize my (very limited) vacation time and PTO as strategically as possible to make several trips throughout the year.
    What do I like to do when traveling? I like to eat. I like to hike. I like to see amazing sights. When I'm in a new destination, I like to “do as the Romans do.” So you should expect a mixture of that in my videos.

    I am 67 years old and have visited Cabo over 25 times since the 80s. I have never climbed Mt Solmar, but have stayed many times on the Pacific side. I will plan a trip next year to Cabo and for sure do the hike. Thanks for the video!

    Great video! You mentioned you travelled during the winter. In which month did you travel? Would you recommend this hike for kids?

      I went in December and I would recommend it for kids who have moderate hiking experience. Definitely not for kids who’ve never hiked before just to be on the safe side!

    can we take a drone with us to film?

    • @KeanuTravelsTo
      @KeanuTravelsTo  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      From what I’ve read, it’s technically illegal to fly a drone in Mexico as a non-citizen. However, many people still do. I’ts kind of like driving over the speed limit, it’s technically against the law, but people do it anyway… I would generally advise to not fly it here specifically because there are a lot of people and could be a safety hazard, just my 2 cents.

    Can 7 year old hike as well ?

      A 7 year old who has experience hiking before can do it. You’ll want to keep a close eye on them of course, especially at the top.
