My name is Keanu and I create detailed travel guides to help take the guesswork (and stress) out of travel planning.

I am a new Travel Advisor and Cabo is my mom's favorite spot, so I really appreciate your videos! I am helping create a trip for her for later this year and your tips are coming in handy! What an awesome, honest video! We are going to Cabo for a friends wedding, this was so helpful. Our stay will be in an all inclusive (we’ve never done) so the price breakdown will be a bit different, also we’re flying from Colorado, so flight is a bit more as well. If you can book ahead, then do that. If you can’t book ahead (for whatever reason), it’s not really an issue, there will be plenty of activities / vendors to still book with.
The only thing you truly don’t need to reserve ahead of time is a water taxi to El Arco.
Okay, that's super cheap. We paid about 1600 pp for a week in the DR. Of course, it was all inclusive for 7 days. I'd love to see Cabo! Thanks for sharing.

For the rental car did you have to pay for there mandatory country insurance?
This is super helpful. I'm considering to visit someday and I'm usually the planner when I travel with others. I don't like to scramble and panic when I get there when I can have some tips and preparation. So would it be best that I have pesos on me instead of using my credit card to have them convert it to pesos? My credit card doesn't have foreign transaction fee. I find that having some cash on me is helpful when I travel (just in case).
Hopefully, I am understanding your question correctly, but you do not need to have pesos on hand for them to charge you in pesos with your credit card.
I also like having cash on hand just in case. I think having US cash (assuming that you are in the US) is more than fine and saves you the hassle of exchanging your money.

Ok,how did you find a $122/night at publo bonito?its almost 4k in september
I think we got lucky with the timing. We went the week before the busy Christmas holiday. And we stayed during the weekdays.
Also, it was $244 per night for the two of us (so $122 per person) -- sorry if I made it confusing.
I'm curious where you are finding the 4k price. I just searched on Booking.com for Sept 2 to 5 for 3 nights and it is around $450 per night.
