Pre-Cruise Hotel Recommendation - Sheraton Grand Seattle - Near Pike Place Market

The Sheraton Grand Hotel is a great hotel for a pre-cruise stay and is minutes away by foot from the famous Pike Place Market. Great information for beginner and first-time Alaska cruisers who will be staying in downtown Seattle.

I forgot to mention… room prices are sometimes high. Suggest that you book a room with free cancellation and then check back every so often for lower prices.

How far from this hotel to the pier for cruise embarkation?

About a mile (20-minute walk) from pier 66 according to Google maps. We jumped in an Uber XL with our luggage for a 10-minute ride. Happy cruising!
