    FIRST MISTAKE: when I said 4 years of PTS nightmares I meant to say 4 months of PTSD, sorry! xx

    Hi Charlie :) Many thanks for your teaching about lucid dream and shadow integration, and the sharing of this kind of experience :)
    Somebody introduced me to your book recently so I'm reading it for now, and I'm trying to lucid dream again (I tried it a few years ago too, with a little bit of succes). I really like your approach, far more global and profound than I've read until now, it's very encouraging !
    Now I can lucid dream again sometimes, but I face the same problem than before : every time I'm trying to interract with an entity, they respond with incomprehension and surprise, quite confused, like "what are your doing ?", "I don't understand", "I don't know", "I'm just there, what do you want ?", wich can be quite frustrating x) But I'll keep up to try to benefit my lucid dream in one way or another, I'm just starting to come back... thanks to your work :)
    Keep up the good work !

      I am having a similar issue. They don’t response in the way like Charlie described. Have you solved this yet?

    • @Lyriadell
      @Lyriadell ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alamermaid No, I'm sorry, I never managed to solve this problem and now I stop to lucid dreaming because it causes me dissociation crisis when I wake up so be cautious. Good luck !

    Thank you, Charlie. It is a goal of mine to recite the chapters of the Lotus Sutra that I have memorized in waking reality during my lucid dreams. Your videos and book(s) are such inspirations to my beginning practice. Thank you.

    This is so interesting.
    Since starting my practice last summer I now feel that reality can be more of an illusion than the dream. Life starts to become so clear with regular lucid dreams. The benefits to my life and how I feel are numerous. And I feel more healthy and full of life like I used to as a teenager.
    One thing I'd like to share is that last night I initiated a WILD from within a standard dream as a subconscious dream meditation! I then become lucid half way through the meditation as my awareness increases and follow through with it using power of visualisation. I have to say that it's an intense experience becoming lucid in this way.
    It's kind of like a WILD within a DILD !
    I've read both your books - great read
    Neil

    Very true, I can easily say that I would be much worse off if I hadn't begun lucid dreaming.

    Hey Charlie, which of your books would you recommend buying first? Is there an order to read them in or does one book cover the things said in the other book? Thanks :)

    • @CharlieMorley
      @CharlieMorley  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Ben Turton depends what your after. Dreams of Awakening is very comprehensive and includes all the Buddhist stuff running through it but the beginners guide is exactly that: an easy dive into lucid dreaming without the focus being on the Buddhist perspective

    Hello Charlie, I had this Lucid Dream last week where demonic dog attacked me. I jumped over it and when I landed back on my feet I crouched and called it to myself as if it was my pet dog, it immediately turned into regular dog and I petted it. When it was approaching me the dog was extremely happy to see me like when dog sees its owner after returning home. I then woke up right away. I think it might have been shadow aspect I managed to integrate but I felt no emotions after waking no. No catharsis or anything. So did I integrate or not? Thanks for response.
