I just wanna put this out here, if adsense did not accept your NIN(premium nin) or you don't have funds to quickly get your passport or driver's license, use voters card.
If you don't have any of these documents, use the document of someone closer to you(preferably your parent or siblings).
As for me, I used my mum's voters card to verify my adsense, and this was over 1 year ago

A question ❓ In the process of waiting for the pin will you money be counting or you get the pin before your money will start to count?

your money will be counting but after 4 months without the pin your channel will be demonetised. that means ads will stop playing and money will stop counting but as soon as you put the pin it picks up again and you can have access to your earnings.

So in conclusion is it better to put the address of the closest post office to your house or its better to put your actual house address in "Address 1".
