Being a TH-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester of course to help) will always pay off at the end. Good luck to everybody, I hope everyone is going to succeed one day.

Edit the video in a good style.
When we are speaking or explaining something, at that time, insert B-Roll animations nicely. This will enhance the visualization.
Put proper subtitles, effects, transitions, and colors in the video.
Make sure to insert B-Roll properly because it is very important for your video.
Do all this and then see how the video doesn't turn out good.
