I think your buddy has the right idea, pay me enough and I would try balut. I think he is too cheap though. I wouldn't eat a rotten duck eggs (a rotten egg is garbage, not food) for less than 125,000 pesos. I can't even watch a video of someone eating balut!

Nice resort... has Roman theme there. Statues, pillars colloseum pics also.. where my family originates from.. Italy.. price very reasonable..
