8:56 This company is a bunch of cheaters. I have purchased a VU Masterpiece 98 inch TV and there was problem with the panel within the warranty period. Service person told me that replacement will be given within 15 days time. Now, almost 4 months have passed and no repair or replacement has been done by the company. There is absolutely no support from Customer Care. Your money will be lost if you purchase any VU tv. The company sells tv under different brands such as VU, Coocaa, Skyworth Metz, etc. and service centres are the same which provide 3rd class service. Beware of this company and better buy products of proper reputed companies instead of this one. I hope this will help many people instead of getting trapped in their branding😊
I totally agree. My display panel developed fault in just 16 months. Immediately after the warranty of one year expired. They ask for advance for technician visit but after you play their technician will call up and ask for a WhatsApp photo and tell you display panel requires change or repair. So why the visit charges. Then they ask for a huge amount for display panel, maybe anything from half to 1/3 the price of the device depending on model. This again you pay in advance like I did. And then nobody turns up to take your TV for repair till you chase them. And they only promise to make an “attempt” to repair your TV. They won’t let you speak to the country head or senior level management. I am still fighting it out with them as I write this today on 12 September 2024. So be careful where you invest your hard earned money
