Hi Hayden, thank you for the ride-along. Wow, those are some long days you all put in with the move. Glad you had such great scenery to drive through. Looking forward to North Dakota next! ❤ - Hope
I always loved that drive through the Badlands. My family used to harvest in Kimball, Nebraska and then move on up to Lemon, SD before moving into Beach, ND. Spent many summers of my youth driving Gleaner Combines in that region.
Really cool graphics of the Badlands in the distance! We reached 109° (heat index of 126°) here in central TX yesterday, so 66° would feel freezing to me also, Hayden. Thankful you made it to North Dakota safely.🌞❤
On my last year of harvest, we drove through the badlands and we stayed at Belle Fourche the next morning we left and went by the Devils Tower onour way to Chester Montana the Badlands were beautiful
Love watching your videos Hayden. Glad you all had a safe trip/trips on your move to our great state of ND! That drive through the badlands area is beautiful. That's the road we always take to the Sturgis bike rally. That pull out of the Cheyenne River Valley going north is definitely a long one! Enjoy your time in ND! Be safe and keep the videos coming!
I do have to thank you for the geography lesson. I'm from Minn so then why would I travel from Neb. to N. D. but now I know what I missed. I have traveled to Sturgis but that is West to East. Any way thanks for a great video. Stay Safe. 😇😇
Sorry I haven't been able to keep up with you the last 2 weeks but wife has been in hospital. So working my 8 , driving 1 1/2 hours each way to see my wife I got behind. Glad you got moved to North Dakota safely, will try to keep up now that wife is home.
Howdy, love your videos man. The logistic behind the stuff your family does is so amazing. I’m wondering how the business started? Anyway, it would be an awesome video maybe after harvest season where you can break down the logistics maybe the finance behind all this
Thank you! Absolutely no way I would ever want to do what you’re doing! Lol! All that traveling every year! Yet my only regret Going active duty. Instead I was a RNG. Nine years. Awesome traveling but not every year lol
Hi Hayden we love your videos my husband and I are farmers we are getting ready to combine peas. I have a question for you how many hours do you put on the combine per year? 😊
This farmer must have some serious acreage to have 4 combines of his own and needing your 2 to cut his wheat? But I guess from seeing how many grain bins he has, he would have lots of wheat. I would have jet lag from all that driving/riding across 3 states 2 days in a row. I’d be glad it would rain so you could get some rest.
Question, on a previous episode in North Dakota you said “ it’s Friday so we have to stop at sunset and we don’t work on Saturday but will be back on Sunday “ what’s up with that. Love your videos
One has our spare tire for singles and the second one is for if we ever got a 3rd combine and it had duels mid harvest. We bought moms combine mid harvest a couple of years ago and it had duels and we were in a pickle so now we carry one just in case haha
Most all of the badlands were formed because of glacial movement and ash from the Yellowstone volcano. Lots of fossils in that area. Sorry, geologist by day, farm kid always.
We have owned strippers for years our path has changed and we don’t strip wheat for any of our customers anymore so we sold them .. we like stripping wheat but with no job for them we can’t afford to own them not paying there way sitting around anymore.
@@StrawBoss-xy Thank you for your reply. I just saw a video on them and how much easier they are on combines and allow for faster speeds in harvesting. I am surprised my farmers don't do this as they can plant a 2nd crop right behind the harvesting combines. Thx again. You're my #1 YT account.
LOVE watching roll out! Todd the retired trucker.

And if you got Rained out in Kimball, Pizza Hut or Sonic were the only 2 choices for things to do😂

Welcome back to North Dakota, hope you brought your jacket with. :)
8:09 Bringing your girlfriend to harvest is a game changer 😂 She spotted all the tin in the field so I didn't have to get out of the driver’s seat!
Very interesting video of a very professional efficient move between states.
Drove right past my house just outside Martin Sd

Hi Hayden we love your videos my husband and I are farmers we are getting ready to combine peas. I have a question for you how many hours do you put on the combine per year? 😊
Depends on the year .. but we are on our 3rd oil change for 2024 if that helps .. lol 😂
do you think you could sit down and explain exactly what's moving and when, with the different staff and trailers for each move
Hope you get a chance to team up with Emma again. Those looked like very fun times you had last year
We will be!

Don’t forget the flags
I really enjoy your videos! Just out of curiosity, why do you have the dual carriers when you don't have duals with you?
One has our spare tire for singles and the second one is for if we ever got a 3rd combine and it had duels mid harvest. We bought moms combine mid harvest a couple of years ago and it had duels and we were in a pickle so now we carry one just in case haha
If you don’t mind me asking what’s that small enclosed trailer for?

We have owned strippers for years our path has changed and we don’t strip wheat for any of our customers anymore so we sold them .. we like stripping wheat but with no job for them we can’t afford to own them not paying there way sitting around anymore.
