I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities

Grant doesn't own ANY stocks. That may be why he has these kinds of videos. Real estate is in your control. The stock market is a house of cards and now more than ever controlled by sharks and crooks. If you want to play it safe just get a get mutual fund, park it and WAIT. Just my 2 cents from experiences like yours.

I worked on a few projects for Don's Miami offices and also for the family. Very humble and a great person. What you see is what you get. You never know what kind of heavy hitter with come and visit when he's around. Uncle G can call him Sensei Peebles

Some valid points on the Rent vs Own. But analyze these points with the understanding that these two guys built their wealth from people renting from them.
Grant also says you have to put down a 20% downpayment to buy a house. Which isnt true. People should do their own research
Anything less than 20% unless you're planning to sell soon is silly.

It's kind of obvious you didn't learn that mortgages are usually scams and putting less than 20% down makes it even worse

In my opinion, I don't think the issue being discussed here affects only Americans, but the world at large. The masses have been cut off from making the real money while only a few use the money of the masses to invest and make millions and billions of dollars yearly.

Two real estate owners telling you not to buy a house but rent, aint that some shit. American PEOPLE, please don't fall for this go buy a house grow your equity and get ownership and refinance and get another and build from there. These guys want you to rent because they own real estate unit they depend on renters.

So helpful, thank you. Don, the crime illustration comparing financial fraud to a pedestrian crash was not correct. Vehicular / pedestrian deaths are ushered into civil court because counties don’t want to spend for thorough vehicular homicide investigations.

Billionaires and millionaires are there and purely so from stock trading and investing. This type of investment makes so much more sense than real estate whether you want to trade or be in it for the long run. Liquidity, returns, capital efficiency…all by far better than in real estate…and there are many more other pragmatic reasons for which owning businesses through stocks is better than going into real estate.
I don’t dislike real estate, but it’s nowhere near the stock market.

This dude may be a billionaire but he forgot rule number 1: there is no shortage of success, only people truly going for it. The system is not rigged against me because although I was indoctrinated by the public school system and wasn’t explicitly showed how to be successful internally and externally, I was not robbed of my free will and ability to express self determination of the course of my life. I simply had the self awareness to realize I was not living up to my full potential. So I read books and all that’s left to do is to keep taking action.
I mean Neapolitan Hills Think and Grow Rich came out in the 1800’s right? He even had a book where he does a Q&A with Andrew Carnegie, where Andrew explains everything, capitalism, the constitution, mindset, action, creativity.
Andrew Carnegie started in a poor Scottish immigrant family y’all I mean come on man, the Jews got Holocausted, Japan got carpet bombed and nuked twice, Germany got crushed in WWI and WWII, the Irish were slaves. If black ppl and women want money and dignity and inspiration and freedom and go get some. I’ve read a lot of books, maybe too many books, but I have come to know that there has never been a better time or a better place in human history to create success than America today.
