WOW!!! That was a really profound answer from Grant. Robert said who doesn’t love success and Grant said, the people who don’t taste it enough. That’s profound.

Being in real estate for just over 2 years full time this is the spark I needed. It's uncomfortable trying to blend being an introvert and getting out there on Instagram and "entertaining".

Puno hvala za ovaj video. I came home tonight from many hours on the road. I also have a business background but it has been a super struggle at times, and this clip between Grant and Robert, is without a doubt, the best clip i have witnessed and listened to in my life, I really mean it. The context of what these two great men were talking about resonated at exactly the right time for me and I really needed to hear this. The timing was 100 percent spot on in my life. Some people watching this who have been in the world of business will totally get it. To anyone who sees this video, i want to say that what Grant and Robert are talking about, is totally pure and genuine from the soul, no holds bared. Guys, God bless you both. Much love from a Croatian in Australia 🇦🇺 🇭🇷

I scaled from 0 to 90 units while working a full time W-2. I started off with house hacking then progressed to small apartment complexes. The most millionaires are made during the recession. This is the time to start a direct mailing campaign to get off market leads and buy properties under market value. This is when value add apartment complexes with forced appreciation and structuring creative financing is key. If you master off market mailers and creative financing, you can scale during a recession. That is how you become rich during a recession.

    4:57
""[you gotta work hard, that is a given, but you GOTTA WORK SMART.].. find an avenue where capital is not the limiting factor and who you know is not the limiting factor""
And herein lies the whole convoluted issue... you cant jest put more hours into what you do if you want to get rich, and if you earn little at what you do, then there probably is no way to work so smart that you become rich by doing that... the "smart" part of that is the issue... there is the "multiple sources of income" mentality, but if you find something that makes enough money, and you spend little time doing it, it is hard to find ANOTHER thing to do that makes or has the potential of making that same amount of money... I got a business that I have tried to duplicate or expand, but I always find a limiting factor in it, a point of diminishing returns, and try as I may I cannot get past it, it is normally a people issue, the more people you got the worse it gets, so I found that less than 8 work best but if I add more people THEY become troublesome or start to complain more and more or are generally dissatisfied and want more raises and money all the time, I have asked them what the dal is, but as soon as the workforce is reduced by some of them leaving, the business levels off and work continues more or less stable and profitable.
So my other option is to find something ELSE that makes as much money or has that potential and do that, but so far nothing makes that much money, and somehow [and I may be very wrong here] spending my time and invest money into something that doesn't make as much money seems to me a waste of both money and time for the same amount of effort... to be precise I spend ~10 hours a week in this business but I cant find another one where I can do the same, so I look at restaurants or construction or anything else and other than investing on stocks that reach a certain amount and getting good returns or something like that [which most people who make money end up doing anyhow], then that is all I can do...
