Glad it was helpful!
That was a very helpful video.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Hi, Firstly fantastic video, when you changed the title did you change it on the website or did you do it in Merchant? Merchant is pulling my data, thanks
Changed it in the feed only not website.
Gold, thank you
Thanks!
Great informational video. Love from 🇵🇰
Glad you liked it!
Can I mic english and Bahasa Indonesia in the title and the description product?
Hey Man Thanks for the great video! Learned a lot from it. Would you mind to share what's the tool that you were using to track your product performance in your case studies?.
That was actually just the free reporting tool inside of Google Ads.
I was disapproved bcz of my brand name, is there a way to bulk add my brand instead of editing one by one ?
Thank you for the video. Should I use all of the 150 characters that are available? Or cut it shorter in the title?
Just aim to have optimized titles and if you hit 150 characters or close to 150 then even better. But I don't focus on 150 as my goal, I focus on the actual title itself more than anything.
Thanks for this enlightenment! I was so curious about some of these things. I have a question about titles: I am trying to sell a type of flying disc, but the word 'frisbee' is trademarked, when it's EASILY the best word to have in my title, based on search volume. Do you think I'd be allowed to say 'comparable to a frisbee' in the title? A broader way to ask the question is- is it possible to enact fair use in product titles for those juicy, yet trademarked terms?
I can't answer about all trademark terms since that is more for a lawyer. What I can say is if you Google search frisbee lots of ads are using the word in the title, so I would say you are probably safe to test it out. Worst case is Google will disapprove it and you simply just have to remove the word frisbee and resubmit for approval.
@@growmyads Understood, thank you! - and yeah I googled it right after I asked you and realized every single person on the internet selling a frisbee is using the word frisbee in their title lol. I appreciate the response and all your insightful videos
1) Very good / informative Video.
2) Can you explain how we can edit the feed which is importet from Shopify? Should we edit them inside the Pmax campaign i.e. change the headlines? Also, we have approx 260 SKUs, doe we need to change them one by one or is there a smart way of doing this?
I think you should be able to edit your feed in Shopify if you are using the app. Otherwise, you would edit the feed in Merchant Center or using a feed tool like DataFeedWatch or Feedonomics.
Hi, thank you very much for this video. I would like to ask about one thing. I have campaign for one product category. I added to all of them custom label 0 so I can see them in ,,products,, and when I am filtering to the custom label one name. But how can I use just these products, that have this custom label 0 tag in the shopping campaign so other products are not there too? Thank you very much man! Have a nice day
You would have to segment your Shopping campaign by Custom Label 0. When you build a new product ad group it will normally start with All Product. You have to edit this and then segment by Custom Label 0
Bravo
hello could you explain to me the problem I am facing, I sent all my products with a product feed in my GMC and all my products were accepted but the problem is that 10 days later all my products were refused
they went from accepted status to refused status and when I click on the red refused button it says payment requirement not accepted, do you know what that means?
Haven't ran into this. Might need contact support or contact my friend Emmanuel over at FeedArmy.com
Can we keep title and description little different into Merchant feed and from SEO point of view on website?
Yes. Your website titles and descriptions are unique to the website. Your feed is a different source file so you can change your titles and descriptions in your product feed without it changing anything on your website.
Ive got a question. DO you need to change the product meta title or the title in the feed?
Title in the feed.
How long do you think it takes for changes to take effect and to see improvement on positioning once changes to the feed have been implemented...
Normally fairly quickly but can depend on change. For example, price change you'll feel the difference as soon as the new price is live. Title change can take a few days before you see any major differences in impressions.
Thanks!@@growmyads
I assume title updates are relevant for optimising for both paid and free shipping feeds?
Correct.
Thank you, great video! You said that google will detect if I cheat with price. But what if I have a wholesale store which makes my prices really low (4-5 times lower than others) but I have a minimum order quantity which is usually 20 ft container. So you see what I mean? Actually I am not cheating but Google I am afraid can see that as a cheating because ordinary user won't buy a 20 ft container.
You have to use bulk pricing in this case. You can't advertise the price per unit you have to advertise the minimum order quantity price. You can learn more here: feedarmy.com/kb/how-to-add-bulk-price-in-google-merchant-center-shopping/
@@growmyads Thank you very much
I really appreciate it!
@growmyads thanks again for your advice, that is really useful.
I am using woocommerce in my case, by any chance don't you know are there plugins that can let me set bulk prices and set it correctly for merchant feed?
@@growmyads the last question please: since my product is wholesale what shipping sizes should I set in Merchant Center? For example a chocolate bar, has a little dimensions, but I am selling it in 20ft containers, should I rather set the dimensions of the container? Thanks in advance
Hi, how long does it usually take for Google Shopping Ads to be visible?
Pretty quick. If you build a campaign out you'll start getting impressions and clicks that day.
@@growmyads Thanks for the fast response, appreciate it. I've made a Shopping campaign on the 17th of February, now is the 20th. The campaign still doesn't show any activity. The campaign is active, and has products assigned to it, and a daily budget. What could be the issue?
Are you getting impressions or not? Check the search terms if you are getting impressions but not clicks. Also increase the value of CPC to higher side in starting
@@GTX2.4
@@GTX2.4could be an issue with your bidding strategy. If you’re doing manual CPC try raising your bids. Or if you’re using a smart bidding strategy like maximize conversion value, try switching to maximize clicks.
@@kyle.gutierrez That's for the response, much appreciated. We're indeed using manual CPC as our bidding strategy, as this is our first campaign. By how much do you recommend raising the bid? The average bid is 0,50 and we've set our CPC at 0,65. Nonetheless, our campaign has 0 views and 0 clicks.
This is interesting!
I thought titles could only be 60 characters.
What gives???
