As every manager has preferred tactics, teams can change styles each season
Good managers make a difference by signing better players and correct tactics
Can be a bit silly at times, Klopp at City and Pep at Liverpool is quite common
Adjustable transfer budgets
I’m not talking about the sliders that were in old FIFA’s, but rather the preseason objs
You can pick a hard challenge to get a bit more budget
You can play it safe so you aren't sacked
Ability to leave club when contract ends
We’re given endless contracts on FIFA, just with a yearly review
This is a good way to leave a club, let contract expire and start interviewing for jobs
Super easy drag and drop to add new leagues
Mod files are made a few weeks after release
Stadium relocations
If you sell out a stadium for long enough, you can get a new stadium
Its a unique model, with each stand having 20+ variations depending on size
Full stadium rules so you might have to play in other towns
Can get the stadium named after yourself or a legend
Player personalities
Some players will be more professional and develop faster, some will be angry
Ambitious players will want to leave to better clubs, loyal will stay through anything
History view for stats and transfers
You can see a players former clubs, goals, appearances and transfer fees
There's no log of this in FIFA which is a big shame and makes it hard to track
More transfer clauses
Adding a the sell on clause to FIFA was a start but theres so many missing
Transfer fee increasing if you’re not relegated
Ballon d'or clause like Martial has at Man Utd
Having to pay a fee per goal scored up to a limit
Makes the market more dynamic

I agree with manager transfers. It's really boring when you're 10 seasons in and everyone is still managing the same team. It shouldn't even be that hard to program
It is most probably due to the licensing. I don't think that this is included in the deal, so they are set in stone at least until new agreements start going.

The 4 best feature they could add is 1) to start a career mid season (with real life tables,fixtures, injuries) 2) managers transferring/being sacked 3) Realistic youth academy (with U21, U19, U17 squads) 4) In game editor so we can change unrealistic transfers & growth
The main thing I want to see in FIFA CM is Stats stats stats! I want to beat club record goalscoring, league record goal scoring, etc. Really want to see a youth player become a club/ league legend in leading stats!

they also should add free agent managers, you dont have zidane, no tuchel, and also no Mourinho (because Roma isnt licenced)

Besides he says FIFA it's one of the heavy names in the "football carrer manager" errrr, no, Maybe FIFA manager was but not FIFA, i played FIFA carrer mode for 3 ages to rotate with My games to catch a break of always the same Game, until i got into FM and now i can't Even touch an FIFA, literally football manager it's Even more freely to allow You to do crazy things as making an director of football save if You leave the assman do the matches, and the new gens, in FIFA they are all Messi cristiano and mbappe un football manager there are much lower chances of having the next Messi and in 5 years having an all 90 team un your squad i Even see squads with 95 OVR, i prefer FM where an 85 it's an already god send and normaly in Big teams there are Even 80 or 75 players

@@Rollface1 dude, FIFA is an arcade football Game, it Isnt Even a simulator, there was an Game called "FIFA manager" for a "club Carrer mode" but FIFA couldnt support both proyects, if You think FIFA it's a serious Game aside from sports genre You are so much wrong, FM it's an manager/simulator with Even somethings You can create thx to their mechanichs as the "DOF save or pentagon challenge", and to finish FIFA, You only have an 13/15 carrer mode, after that it's done, You cannot continue, football manager lets You play until the database it's si Big that collapses, Even in Android the carrer mode it's 30 years. I played FIFA carrer mode 3 years, ir Isnt that i don't like it, it is an too simple Game compared to the simulator genre, You are the one of "if You like it, ir doenst mean its a Big Game"
I think FM is really worth trying out for those who haven't. I didn't really get it at first when I tried FM22, but now I play FM23 for hours daily
Ive been debating on whether or not to give it a go. I was like you when I tried FM22 and I had no concept of how to actually play it. However, the idea of managing different teams in non-standard leagues (like for instance Fehervar in the Nemzeti Bajnoksag in Hungary) just sounds so much more fun than the standard career modes on FIFA
@@michaelprosser8706 yeah. once you try FM, you can't go back to Career Mode. It's just way too easy. In career mode you can take any league two club to the prem in like 5 seasons, which will only have taken like 5 hours of playtime

Agreed, found out FM23 is on console and it's been a game changer. Loads fast on PS5 and while it is slightly more limited than the full PC version (can't load unlimited teams and leagues); it cuts out a lot of filler and let's you do a full 30 year career with more teams and challenge than you'd get in FIFA all while taking a much more manageable amount of time
My personal favourite feature would be a reserve league/team that would also be your youth academy. It would kind of work like a farm system, so you can play younger players who aren't good enough, players who recently recovered from injuries to build sharpness, and others like that. It wouldn't be like a u23 league but everyone could play there. You'd be given a randomly generated team (similar to create a club), with your youth academy players mixed in too. I think the only way it could work is the league you're currently managing in (the pl for example) would only have the reserve league, and the teams would just be called like Man City Reserves and so on. The players would eventually start complaining, that they should be getting in to the first team, and also if you send players down their morale will fall, since they're getting demoted essentially. I also think the development of players should be slightly slower, since the reserve players are playing against worse players so their development would be capped to a certain level. Will we ever see this, hell no, but NHL has been doing it since about NHL 10 so it absolutely isn't impossible.
would be sick if you could play with that team in the papa john trophy or whatever like they do irl
I hope on EA Sports FC you get to create your own kit for the teams you make instead of going using a copy and paste from pro clubs
Adding leagues is more complex on FIFA not only because you have to create the player face, more detailed stats, etc, but also because you have to fully replace a league when adding another one. For example, you can swap out the Korean League with a German 4th division, but that's a trade-off for certain people and there are only so many leagues you can replace.
Why do they have to replace?

More scouting areas and more national teams would be nice too. It would be nice to take a team that’s never been to the world cup all the way. Plus since you want to improve the squad, those areas should be open to scouting

About choosing your objective, EA did that (and maybe still do) on Madden, you select how many wins you're aiming for and get more or less XP depending on the situation
ANOTHER SUGGESTION: you should be able to apply for any job. They had this in PES and it was so fun. I could go from a UCL-winning team to the Italian 2nd Division and just start the grind all over again. I feel like that's a great way to keep people from getting bored.
I hope you can see the top goal scorer of every league so say you’ve just been promoted and want a striker you can see the topscorer of a lower league and that he may score a lot for you adds to realism
You should be allowed to see how much you are going to be sold for in career mode before you go so you get known as a player with a big money move
i want to see the statistics change like the records from the topscorer in prem is 32 and it doesn’t save it when i beat the record the next season

Good list bro. If that could be added to fifa, it would make it easier to play more seasons without losing interest. Imaging breaking Ronaldo's all time goal record with a wonderkid you signed from the youth team or winning a trophy with a team that has never won it before and reading the headlines and fan reactions. There are so many records in football. Gosh!! It would be so nice. But we know they're not going to add that. The difference between fm and fifa is mentality. The people who make fifa are not football fans, so it's all about Ultimate team and getting that sweet dolla from ya'll.
Doesnt need to be over complicated. Manager transfers, Player career stats, and maybe an overhaul of youth academy. On that last point, id like to not see the player potential when selecting youth players. Its too easy to say you have 80-94 potential ill pick you up

They should do that you can see stats of players you loaned out, you cant see stats unless he is loaned in the same league as you play. They should do that you can use youth players for few matches and then put them back to academy. Youth players should be able to ask to leave only at the end or at the start of the season, because sometimes i have 90 potential player and he wants to leave in march and then when i start new season he loses potential
I love the first one. As I now love using real players. Retiring them to be a manager but hate I can only get a job in that country. I also hate when browsing jobs it does a day by day different league to choose rather than seeing all jobs available. And I also hate when you doing well and winning alot. You can't see smaller teams or relegation teams looking for managers only to super rich and big clubs. Feel the choice should be min if I want a rebuild project. Or even manage a mid table club.
I also feel to make it more realistic I should be able to agree to leave a club at the end of a season rather than it also being immediately

You can technically start unemployed if you go into player career and retire straight away and they will give you random jobs
i wish u could buy own a club in fifa and buy certain managers as a owner of a club
This would be amazing
1) youth players need to actually look youthful and real face like.
2)players grow way to quick and easy, even though transfers are on strict it’s still way too easy to grow a team of superstars.
3)definitely stand less stadiums, very unrealistic in league 2 with the current generic stadium.
4)depending on league standings, stadiums should be less full with fans if your loosing majority of games.
5) should be options to create rivalries. If you play against Sunderland and there’s 3 red cards in that game, the next time you play them their should be cut scenes and build ups.
6) players need to drop ratings. Even if the player is a wonder kid their overall should still drop depending on how they perform.
7)More real stadiums and faces. They need to really work on this rather than spending time on the womens game which no one actually plays.(harsh but true)
8) have to hire training staff. Current training routine is boring and tedious. Players should also get injuries from training therefor giving you the option to let staff know to decrease the training level but risk the fitness level.
9) there should be less transfer money given every year. Should be options to spend money elsewhere like back room staff/training staff/goalkeeper coach/ stadium works. It’s waaaay to easy to get 100m from player sales and budget increase making the career mode boring and too easy( If a player costs 10m, I pay double just so I have less money in the budget to make it less easy)

Theres no reason to have squad depth
I don’t think EA cares because they don’t make money from people modding or career mode, but from ultimate team 😢
Some of these are so easy to implement but EA just won't make any changes... I am still playing FIFA 20 because there is no point buying the new FIFA if the career mode is still shit

By that do you mean clube like Barcelona B? if its that at least this one was in fifa sometimes, tho i dont think you really could do anything special with it if you played as Barcelona
@@JadanbrNo affiliate clubs are agreements between two football clubs to work together on different aspects of football. I don't know too many examples but you've got one for staff between Barca and Ajax, player agreements from transfers or loans are also a thing, like Chelsea and Vitesse and another example is the city group having all the teams connected together.
So for example you could use q small team and get an agreement with a club and they could provide you with loans, or

The Player Historic Stats is really a simple thing that FIFA should have. NBA 2k has it, as one example of another game in a similar scenario. We just can't view player performance from the season before, such a lazy way to develop a game

The manager transfers feature was already active on Pes (at least until Pes 2020 'cause it's the last I played) and I can't understand why Fifa (or now EA Sports FC) don't use it. I mean I understand why, they just wanna steal money from kids with FUT and they improve just that
