As always, PearlJam impresses not only with the quality of their live, but also by their eclectic setlist. It is always refreshing for true fans. They played many new tracks, deep cuts, covers...Every shows are new...splendid
That's one of the best thing about them, other great artists like Red Hot Chili Peppers has the same setlist for ever, with only few changes, although Pearl Jam Always brings songs that everyone thinks are forgotten
@@Mar-rj2wf red hot are lame since Californication end of tour.... Not in the same league. I feel pearl jam way of shuffling their songs is unique. Even maiden or rush or the rolling stones are not doing that.
Thanks for doing this and including some of my clips, I was hoping they might be able to help a PJ fan project like this when I recorded & posted them!
Alive came out a month into my freshman year of High School. PJ was the soundtrack of my young life in the 90's. And They still are today as I get old. LOL. The new album is FIRE by the way! Thanks for sharing this!
Chloe Dancer / Crown of Thorns ! The nostalgia is real ! Great version. U can feel the emotion throughout that song. Awesome. Can’t wait till they hit Melbz in Nov 24.
I saw Pearl Jam back in ‘09 in Vancouver and they absolutely killed it. Unfortunately I missed this show due to extremely high prices ($550+ average, $300+ nosebleeds, $650+ ‘decent’ seats, $1000+ for great seats). Considering they had a huge battle with Ticketmaster in the 90’s about this particular issue, Pearl Jam’s current ticket prices shocked me. Hundreds of fans posted similar feelings on their website (which were quickly removed). It’s a trend that is deeply disturbing and I figured Eddie & the boys would be above all of it. It’s sad to say the least.
Omg Chloe dancer/crown of thorns ❤️ taken things right back to the roots. Rip Andrew wood 🙏 hope you are resting well. Thank you the legends for keeping us legacy alive ❤️❤️
Thanks for posting! Was hoping I could attend the concert until I saw how stupid crazy the ticket prices were and just figured "oh well, some TH-camr will post from bettercseats than I'll be able to afford" and you came through!!! ❤❤❤ The new tunes sound so much better live than the album! No studio production tricks, just raw energy!!
The ticket sales were so weird. We didn't win the lottery to get tickets and they were insane expensive anyway then they released some tickets a couple weeks before the concert and all the fan club members were trying to sell their tickets too so 2 weeks before there were lots of tickets for $208 and good seats. We paid $290 for right near the stage 13 rows up and people around us who won the original lottery paid $780.
A friend told me if you join the fan club Ten and pre-buy the price was $150. Join the club before they go on tour $150 + $35 is much better than $600 and up.
Guess they are saving Waiting for Stevie for night two, that was the one omission I was surprised to see in the set list. Otherwise a really awesome show! Love seeing these guys still having fun and doing what they love at 60 years old! As a fan from the release of Ten, this makes me so happy. See you guys at Wrigley this August!!!!
Made my morning! Grading in between classes and it's taking the edge off work. Love their new album. Seen PJ TWICE AND IT'S THE BEST - like the grooviest religious experience but secular. Love PJ fans. The band are still on fire after all these years. Electric. WISH I could see them in London this summer. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS. Given To Fly, Dark Matter, Corduroy playing now - favs but all brilliant. Truly brilliant band. Everything has changed... absolutely nothing's changed.
