One design I use often is to put straps along one corner of the card front, usually bottom right, up about a third. Run it through an embossing folder. Put the semtiment/focal image on the border of patterned paper and white.
Thank you for clarifying to we from the US what A4 paper size is. I saw someone the other day meantion A2 paper as what the US would call for whatever she was using. Unless heavily into carmaking/scrapbooking, most of us in the US have no idea what A and B sizes mean. I have to leave myself notes all over of what those A/B sizes mean to me. As a quilter I always make pre-cuts and know do it with my paper. It makes it so much easier when you need something quick and at times when cutting pre-cuts whether fabric or paper, you may see something that inspires you and you can go ahead and make it right then and there. Thanks for the great ideas.
Fab idea Natalie. Need to get me some of those pouches. Have flowery envelope wallets but obviously can't see through them so not ideal! Fab ideas as usual and great idea for an evening to just die cut away! Xx

I think doing simple things like mass die-cutting is a fab way to find your mojo again. It's creative but not mentally taxing, so it gives the old creative cogs a rest before setting them spinning again. x

My pleasure! I really enjoy paper from the works. I find that die-cutting from bolder papers makes them a lot easier to use. They're a lot less in your face when they're small. x

I use to organize by colour but it did not work for me as I stored it in files and it became too bulky and kept falling out. I like the pouch idea, so I am going to try it again. Would you be kind to share the name of the “birthday” dies used. I don’t know the correct terminology and have been struggling to order it from my craft store. Do you call it “shadow dies” I.e the word and matching die is what I am seeking. Thanks. Andrea.

Thanks! I usually sort them by type (eg flowers, tags, tickets, banners etc) and then store them in a box with compartments.
