You are a very creative and intelligent young lady and if you wanted to learn to quilt you would end up with masterpieces. I started quilting when I was in 8th grade (1967) with no instructions. I have since read and seen videos on quilting and have made well over 50 quilts (stopped counting at 50. You would, I am sure, pass me upin quality and creativity in two or three quilts. But if you don't want to try, no problem. I love all your card ideas.
Thanks, Gail!

Great ideas thank you, I have a creative block at the moment, I’m overwhelmed with my craft stuff 🥴
I know that feeling. I find it helps to just pick one thing and use that for a bit. x
I've slowly been using up my huge stash of patterned papers that I bought when I first started making cards. These are fresh techniques that I'm eager to use. Many thanks Natalie!
Thanks so much! x
Fab ideas. Xx
Thank you! 😊
I love working with patterned paper. Especially quilting style of cards. Like you, I don't have the patience to actually quilt, but I love creating quilt designs on cards. So much potential. Thanks for the inspiration.
My pleasure, Cindy! Thanks for watching. x
Thanks, Natalie some really helpful ideas for my dread of using patterned paper, which I love, buy, and tend to hoard but find difficult to actually use regularly! I am back to work today (I work in a school) after the Easter break, but will definitely at some point this week, give at least one technique a go! Have a good day!
Thanks! I hope you have good first day back at work. x
I am thoroughly enjoying your different series. So many of us purchase supplies that end up just sitting on a shelf instead of using them. You inspire me to take a fresh look at what I have and to use it up. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
Great ideas! I especially like the aperture and quilting ideas. Thank you, Natalie! 😊
My pleasure, Marguerite! x
Some really fab techniques here - I have never seen the erasing/distressing on top of the dry embossed card before. Going to try that one! Thanks for the simplicity of a great video.
My pleasure!

Woo-hoo! LOTS of ideas! This is a very inspirational video and I plan on using two of the techniques on my next card. I may even add a few gold watercolor splatters. You have opened my eyes to the new possibilities! 🩷😊👍
PS: Apologies for the volume of comments left today. We've had severe weather and I've been without power for 4 days. I'm binge watching to get caught up. Missed seeing your videos!
Thanks, JH! Gold splatters sounds fab - you can never have too much gold! And don't apologise for leaving comments. It's always lovely to hear from you! x

Hi! I'm new to your channel and am really enjoying your videos. I love that you incorporate so much mixed media to your techniques. Where do you get the plastic pouches featured in this video. I would like to get some for my patterned paper scraps. TIA
Thank you so much! I bought the poches at The Range.
Can you tell me the name of the die you use to make your own circular embellishments please? I’ve been looking for one just like it!
