Someone may have already said, but if you do ever want your golds to match, you could just heat emboss the die cut with the same gold splatter powder 😊

Love your ethos about using scraps. I have so many and sometimes, I sit and look at the white mess in my box. I will at some point attempt to colour and stamp them. Your ideas are brilliant. I so love the last two cards, just perfect. Thanks again, Natalie x

Once again, you amaze me! I am still trying to wrap my brain around lots of white space. Just absolutely beautiful cards!! I'll keep watching, and hopefully become bold enough to give it a try. I loved the glue/ embossing powder idea and went to try it. I made my glue too thick but had an amazing result. It looked like drops of solder on the card….

PVA is white glue, basically school glue. :)
You had me until you started using stamps. I have so many paper-related craft supplies and no storage room for stamps and ink.
You don't have to use stamps. Just use what you have and enjoy. :)
I love how you use mixed media to make CAS cards! I was always afraid to use mixed media (even though I loved the process as my preferred cards are always the clean and simple ones,) you have showed me that I can get the best of both worlds! Thanks Natalie! As ever, TFS and have a great day!

Natalie, you could call this technique 'The Cinderella Story' technique. You tossed bits and pieces and colors and techniques together, and the end result is truly Cinderella! Thank you for more inspiration. Now, back to the craft room; I think my cobbled together sheet is dry enough for the PVA and gold embossing powder step.... 😃

You have a beautiful eye for color combos, and your signature is white space and gold accents! I am always inspired by your ideas! My white scraps are overflowing, but most of mine are very small odd shapes. I can’t stand to throw anything out that I may be able to use at some point. It feels so good to pull out a tiny scrap and use it for something small like a sentiment or die cut leaf! But I am thinking instead of washi tape I could take those odd shapes and put them close together on a tacky mat before I do my ink blending, stamping, and splattering. Die cut leaves and flowers from that could be quite pretty!

How nice! Wow! I’m jealous of your “scrap” stash. 😮 You should see how tiny most of the scraps are that I’ve kept…. What I generally do with my white scraps is die cut additional copies so I can stack them for dimension and, as you mention here, stamp sentiments on them then die cut them.

Love this idea of taping the scraps together, are they paper though or card? I have a lot of white paper scrap and I'm not sure it will take all the water and embossing, so I'm thinking you have used card scraps. ❤ I will still try it with my paper though.

Wow, I recently discovered your channel and live all of your ideas ! This one especially because for the first step when you taped them together with washi tape, it certainly made it easier to work on one piece to make it quicker and you had a theme. Next the fact that you use mixed media techniques to bring it all together was great. I love the colours that you used and the cards all turned out beautifully ! Thanks so much for the ideas. 😊

I use scraps up for letters and sentiments as I often layer these numerous times, so they’re handy for the layers as it’s irrelevant what colour they are ;)
