the bureau came out beautiful. I like to use a plastic to put the wax i find that the cardboard is to thisty for me and the plastic is not thirsty at all. Thank you for sharing
I've only used a crackle medium from another company. I really like the way Amy's looks, so I think I'm going to try it. My question is this: when you apply the paint over the Cracked Patina, I noticed that some of the strokes were "back and forth" rather that only one direction. Is that ok or should I still only stroke in one direction?.....

That is totally fine! But you can do it in one direction only as well.
