I have an Letric xp Almost the same bike. One big difference you can buy two lectric xp for what one of these bikes cost. lectric xp has a metal chain guide not plastic. Lectric xp is on back order at this time for April delivery $899.00 They sell so fast they can't keep them in stock. This bike is great haven't had any problems with mine.
@@seangregory4015 There are a lot of hills here in north Alabama. It will go up almost all of them without peddling. A few of the steepest hills I have to peddle a little but the motor helps so it is easy. Great bike Have 300mi on mine and haven't had one problem. For the price this bike can't be beat. Love my XP.
@@Onlybhstrpes Great bike have over 300 miles on mine and not one problem. There is not a better bike out there at this price. I get 25 miles full throttle with no peddling that's with lots of hills. I have to peddle a little on the steepest hills but with help from the motor it goes up the steepest hills with no problem. There is a reason you see all these Lectric XP videos on youtube. People love them. You will love yours too.
I just recieved my Lectric XP, and this bike is almost identical with the exception of a few upgrades. The upgrades I noticed is the rims, and front suspension. The XP does have an integrated headlight and taillight. The frame looks almost identical to the XP. Not sure the upgrades are worth the higher price point, but it is a nice looking bike.
Same here. It looks like it is the same manufacturer. I ordered the LectriceBike since I do not think I need the suspension for planned urban use. That saves me weight and money. I am wondering if some of the upgrades on this bike can be ordered as accessories then installed on the LectriceBike. Those alloy wheels are sharp.
@@bruceh3786 Yeah I like those rims too. I don't need the front suspension either. I am going to be riding mostly on paved bike trails and using it at campgrounds.
battery charger looks identical. Fascinating to see how companies can order these bikes from Chinese manufacturers, choose the options they want, paint, etc... and sell as their own. But the frame itself, seat, handlebars, etc look identical to the Lectric XP to my eye.
The cargo rack is much bettter and doesnt practically touch the back wheel. Better made. I wish I ould get this one for my Lectric, If you adjust the tire size to get more accurate speed, wont it mess up the odometer?
And the Eahora, and the Rattan, etc. Same bike, different vendors/branding, and wildly different price points. If you’re thinking about buying, SHOP AROUND. you can probably save hundreds. I know the Eahora X5 is selling for less than $1100 on Amazon.
I had a Lectric XP on order but cancelled it because without a front suspension the bike will not have the comfort or control of this bike. Plus, the mag wheels are really much better in addition to the available USB ports. This bike rocks.
SeanP7195 Have fun tightening those crappy spokes daily with no front suspension. Oh and good luck upgrading ur suspension with aftermarket parts. It’s not easy to do and they make it that way for a reason. Have fun buying 10 different parts off eBay, If they show up... You should look up all the problems people have had with Letric before you post a buffoon comment.
I appreciate the explanation/rationalization for the gear shifter and throttle design choices that would seem annoying at first glance, but has well thought out reasons for it anyway.
Love my bike! I can go up to 28 mph peak. Can ride over just about anything. Real heavy bike, battery last for around 30 miles eco mode, and about 20 in power mode full throttle the whole time. My first E bike I got from Fullerton Electric bikes. Got a great discount before he sold the shop! 1800 no tax. Fun bike, great for cruising and riding dirt trails!
Love my Sierra Sport. I have put on 700 miles in a few months. It is a blast to ride... I gave up on folding the bike and bought a ebike carrier... did not want to ruin my back lifting the bike into my van. I give the Sierra Sport a 5 star review.
nice , just heavy . I think most ppl Never fold these folding ebike . More companies need to consider making Compact non folding lightweight ,higher powered ebikes imo.
@@goldbytheounce4411 I agree with you agreeing with that. It's what the public want and need. Mine (Qualisport QSEB03) is over 20kg, and I never fold it, because it's just cumbersome to lug around. I just go from A to B and leave it at that.
that's cool. i'd like something like that that doesn't fold so it can be lighter and then have the hydraulic brakes added without any charge. what's the top speed throttle only and is it safe to use the throttle all of the time. i need a hip replacement and can't really pedal without sever pain. thx.
The top speed is set to 20mph and no, it will not hurt the bike to run it in throttle only mode (no peddling}. You battery will not last as long though but perfectly fine to do so. I have spine issues and would upgrade the seat and seat post to the the shock absorber one they discussed breffly. I would assume it would help with your hip also. Hope this helps and good luck!✌️
Maybe you should talk about what is different with this model compare to many many other clones out there using same frame, parts, etc... (other than paint itself)!
With an aluminum frame, the bolt-on derailleur guards can be made of steel. The metal loop next to the crank and chainring appeared welded on to the frame, so it must be aluminum, not steel. Can't weld steel to aluminum that I know of.
This bike is similar to the Lectric XP but with considerably more comfort options included, such as front and rear fenders, lights, much better front suspension, and an excellent assortment of colors to make it yours (not just black & white) ...etc., etc. The Lectric XP is a very basic version of this bike so I can see where the added asking price is warranted... This year's Sierra GT adds even more options at no additional price...still $1995!! I found it worth the upgraded price myself...
Same bike only difference the lentric xp does not have front suspension. But it does have a metal chain guide on this bike it is plastic. I have had my lectric xp for four months. Could not be more happy with it. Haven't had one problem with it. It will do 20mph. full throttle. Fast enough for me. Great bike at a fair price.
still waiting for mine. hope this corona 19 thing doesnt extend my wait just got my new helmet and extra lights lol just need the bike. glad urs is workin out for ya
@@EdMorleyTube I would suggest a suspension seatpost and softer seat. Makes long rides a lot less bumpy. I also put green slime in my tires. And 20psi Calls for 30psi. With 20psi helps with the bumps too. Good luck on getting your bike. It will be worth the wait.
yea ive been looking into upgrades. the one thing even letric couldn't tell me was if the fork post is straight or curved. I am probably going to try and put a fork on but going to haft to take it apart when I get it and take measurements so I get a suspension fork that fits into the frame. I have a seat I like from my other bike but not sure if ill go with their $80 seat post or just get a cheaper one online. thanks for the tips tho.
Great review as usual, but the bike is a FAIL! Strictly for not adding a headlight. $2,000 and no headlights? Having a headlight, taillight and bell is the law here in New York City. $2,000 and I still have to buy a headlight? SUPER FAIL! Sorry 🚲⛏
NoProGoPronto Agree. And no hydraulic brakes. No battery percentage. No rapid fire shifter. Single rather than dual rear light. And only 11ah battery! Sparkbike mini has way more for less money. Alloy wheels are the only thing going for this bike
No Headlight? yet the Lectric XP Brings one at $899 :o/ Damn at least put a front headlight since your asking more than 100 percent of what the Lectric XP is selling for, Geesh that move makes your guys look so cheap and or even Greedy :o/
The M2S All Terrain Scout is 1699.00 has 750watt Bafang, Tektro Hydraulic Brakes and a 48v 14amp hour battery. I don't see 2000 grand in this bike at all..

Not one of these electric bike companies make the display removable. It should be something you can pop off and stick in your pocket as if you park in a busy area you'll always get kids thinking if they rip it off they can sell it someplace and have had two taken over the years.
18 mins before turning the electric bike on (are you kidding me)...and has worn his helmet the ENTIRE time...in case of a slip or fall while doing the dangerous, in depth walk around of this (pretty much) bicycle. SAFETY FIRST FOLKS
