@@htowntx-hr3hb Did you perform the door handing detection after the reset? Enter the default Master Code -- 0000 and hit the Lock button. Press 0 and hit the Lock button. You should see the deadbolt extend and retract, meaning the door handing detection process is complete. You can now add your personal code and make sure to change the default Master Code (0000) and remove the default User Code (1234). Try watching the video from the beginning and follow the steps.

Shit don’t work reset like 30 times won’t let me add my personal code so I’m stuck with 1234 fuck it!
