I tried your video, I tried 3 times..and it never worked, I had to rip out the unit and go back to using a standard deadbolt lock on the door. It wouldn't accept a new pass code or use the one I created past the deletion of the 1234 code.
@@silvia34635 It seems the programming code was changed. Reset the lock and reprogram it. I've demonstrated how to do that in this video -- watch from the beginning.
Hi there, It looks like the installation is incorrect. Try removing the interior assembly. Then reinstall it and make sure the Thumb Turn is set in the vertical position and the latch bolt retracted while reinstalling it. Next, reset the lock and perform the door handing detection process.

I can’t even get mine to do the door handling detection process. I continually get the 3 beeps and red light.
