​​@@LOL-bs5ugit's only a war crime if they are not armed (like the german paras during ww2 or the french during the early war) if it's a air crew bailing out and they are not firing their guns, then it's a war crime.

its not crime to kill paratroopers because they intent to harm which makes them combatants but its a war crime to kill people parachuting out of damaged aircraft (pilots, people with no intention to harm no longer combatants)
