Not exactly a mistake, more like improvement advice - reconsider the audiences you use in your ad campaigns. I suggest avoiding saved audiences and use custom ones instead. They are more likely to perform great as they consist of people who either have already interacted with your business or are initially interested in the topic. In case you don't have your own customer lists, you can always create them on LeadEnforce and target members of specific Facebook groups or followers of specific pages. Just make sure you find the right sources to target and provide the service with the links so that it generates an audience that you will be able to use in your FB ad campaigns.

All the available and applicable placements is what I believe they meant. All placements also lowers your cost.
