It’s a tough one to mail since they don’t know how steep the game is gonna be set up. It’s a simple fix and I suspect lots of game will be just fine. I created this just to assist with anyone who had an issue.
If you don’t have much wiggle room, with the game turned off, find the thru playfield bolts from the apron in the underside of the playfield and loosen the locknut on them a little. This many give you a little extra wiggle room. Insert the washers, replace the screws, and the retighten the locknuts on the threaded post for the apron on the bottom of the playfield.
I purchased a game that had the blue powder coat on it (my friend did it aftermarket) and swapped it to foo fighters. The cabinet protectors can be purchased from pinball life: www.pinballlife.com/interior-cabinet-protector-blade-set.html
Lots of variables. It can also vary depending on how steep you game is. I set mine at 7 and had to adjust it a bit. Super simple fix. I suggest playing some games and checking it out first.
You da man!
Excellent idea. Mine works at 6.5 degrees but if it does go wonky, I'll know what to do. Thanks
At 10 and 13k and how many videos we get shown of JD on the line they should be checking this prior to shipping.

I unscrewed both screws and the apron won’t budge a bit. Not sure what I’m missing.

Cabinet protectors are a must have tool! I cringe every time I see someone lift the playfield without them.
I'm watching this for some reason and I don't own this nor do I plan to buy it. haha! I do enjoy seeing how problems are solved though. :)
My premium arrives tomorrow. Great video! Is there pretty much common on all the premiums and LEs??
